Testers were fresh and I was able to try out most of the products on my hand while browsing. Besides skincare, they also have tools and makeup! I was shocked to see my beloved Innisfree powder amongst the shelves, along with some TonyMoly and a variety of cute lipsticks and glosses. I came here looking for a specific moisturizer, a pack of eyebrow razors, and any other fun skincare tools I could find. Unfortunately, they didn't carry the brand of skincare I was looking for, and the eyebrow razors were a bit overpriced for my taste. Not sure if the owner is still getting the shop set up or if she just got a shipment in, but there were a TON of unpacked boxes behind the counter and on the floor. It was a bit difficult to maneuver around the store, and the bottom of my coat was covered in dust from brushing up against the boxes on my way out :( Ultimately, I would suggest coming here if you want personalized recommendations (the owner is very skincare savvy) or if you want to see a product in person before purchasing. They mostly have higher end products and not many brands I use, so I probably won't be back unless I'm in need of my Korean makeup staples.

Skincare, haircare, makeup, and even some beauty tools cover the walls from top to bottom. I stopped by because I was looking for kbeauty sheet masks for the drier weather and ended up leaving with two Dr. Jart masks. These were only $4.25/ea compared to the $6 I would have paid at Sephora. The ladies seemed super nice too. If you're looking for some kbeauty, definitely give this place a shot.

I also always grab something new from their collection of sustainable/reduced packaging products. I love that I can pursue and shop for so many lovely things at once! I have gotten shampoo and conditioner bars, tablets for multi purpose cleaner, scrubs etc. Staff is always very helpful in answering my questions! I wish I had more reasons to stop by more often but once you buy in bulk it takes a long time to run out!

However, all of the products are built to last. The shampoo and conditioner bars are $10-15, a lot more than what a Garnier product would at Rite Aid, but they certainly last a lot longer and come with the satisfaction of not adding more plastic to our lives. You do have to come prepared, but that is more of a hassle associated with trying to live at a plastic minimum in an economy that wants everything in plastic packages. I find their website, which lists every product they have, really helpful for planning in advance! It might be useful to see an approximate list of prices there as well, to assist in financial planning as well as what containers to buy, though. The staff is helpful and ready to answer any questions, and really open to suggestions about what customers would like to see in the store! I hope this business continues to grow.

I hate going to this store, but it's the closest option to my house. Every time I visit, I make a purchase, yet I always feel unwelcome. The employees often stand around talking to each other, and I feel awkward interrupting them to ask a question. When they do respond, they answer quickly and walk away. Today, I tried to mention my experience to the cashier while paying, but she completely ignored me as if she didn't hear me. My neighbor told me the same thing

I usually just walk around the store and half the time I know what I want to buy. However, this time around I wanted to try a new foundation. I approached one of the sales associates and asked to have my foundation match. Hailey (Haley) was more than happy to assist me. She match me without even using the color matching machine (since the foundation I wanted was more like a light coverage). She gave me a sample to try at home and answer all my questions. She gave me her full attention and is very knowledgeable about all the products. She never once try to push me to buy an item or discourage me to try a certain product. She was friendly from the beginning to the end of our conversation. Immediately after she was helping another client. I was blown away by how great her service is and will continue to come here.

Then proceeded to just watch me in the store while there was a group of people in there with me. Never once looked at them while they were in the store but when I was checking products out in front of her I turned around and she was watching me and making it a point to stare at me. Then I moved to look at moisturizers that were closer to the door and while I had picked up a moisturizer to pay for it and was moving to go to the register she comes up and asks me if I need help with anything as if she was scared I was going to run out the store when I was quite literally going towards the register. As I handed her the product to ring me out and swiped my card to pay for it she Would not let it go Or bag it up For me until after the card was approved and even after the fact just handed it to me and asked me for a receipt. I will say it is VERY disheartening that in 2025 people are still being profiled racially in an area that is known for being culturally diverse. I understand that there are people who come in and steal but to be profiled was just very uncomfortable and upsetting. Had I looked like the people who had just come in I would've been regarded in the same manner they were which was being left alone and allowing them to shop comfortably but because I was not someone she considered acceptable I was basically followed in the store. I just wanted to say it is very disgusting that in todays age we are still being racially profiled and wanted to make people aware of this incident as I am not sure how many other people also go through this. I unfortunately now have been made uncomfortable and will no longer come in here to shop even though I love K-beauty products but I can not support a place who does this to customers who are a different ethnicity/race.
