Wanted to share the wonderful experience my daughter and I had during our recent visit. Matt and Samai were exceptionally helpful, introducing us to several new products and promotions tailored to our interests. We purchased five items and are already enjoying the three new products Matt recommended. The samples provided were also excellent, and I plan to return soon to purchase the full-sized versions. Please commend Matt and Samai for their warm, outstanding service. read more

I love Lush. So many amazing products with great ingredients. The store is always well organized and well stocked. Employees are extremely helpful with finding the right products. My favorites are the scrubee, honey and avocado body washes. read more

She was so patient and descriptive. I enjoyed this experience so much I came back a couple days later and let my son try some products and purchased so more items. This environment is so peaceful and supportive you feel right at home. Thank you so much Alicia. We will be back!!! read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVEEE this store. Not only are the products well made and fairly priced for what you're receiving. As far as the employees go, everyoneee, so kind, friendly warm and inviting. I really liked Gabe , cami, and I believe nicole. I've been to the store on 4 different occasions in the past 4 months. Everytime I leave satisfied. I keep coming back lol. Whenever I'm in a bad mood seriously lush is my go to. I leave smiling everytime. I love what you guys are doing , thank you so much! read more

Beautiful array of bath and skincare products. I was looking at some of their facial masques but they were out of the one I was looking to buy and always seem to be when I am there. The salesperson explained that they receive a shipment of them every Thursday and once they sell out they won't have any more of them in until the following Thursday so it looks like I might have to plan my trips there for the weekends. I do like this location but the salespeople here sometimes can be bit overbearing and tend to follow me around the store explaining products to me when I'd actually rather be left alone to shop and ask questions as needed. read more

1. I know this is a corporation 2. I know there are specific sales goals for cashiers 3. I'm aware it's a mall unit store. That being said, I never had an issue with it till now. Typically, Lush employees are bubbly and professional. The last two times I've been in, a delightful lady helped me. She respectfully accepted my desire to be left alone to browse and thus I felt comfortable asking her questions later. She was smart, informative, and polite. The girl I encountered today was loud, rude, and pushy. I was quietly examining my options when she came over and launched into the usual shpiel. I told her that I was just browsing, thank you. She started in on how they had sales. I was once again polite and said, "oh, no thank you, I'm just looking". She didn't take the hint and started pointing out something else. She couldn't be stopped. I cut her off mid sentence with another quiet, "can you please let me browse?" She looked offended and immediately left to whisper with her clerk friends. She also waited on us at he counter and was tight lipped the whole time. I tried to be polite and conversational and was met with "mmhmms", tense and curt language, and the tossing of a pen on the counter for me to sign my receipt. I felt this was less a reflection of me and more a reflection of her as I had never had an issue before. But it absolutely made me not want to go back into a Lush. Her lack of salesmanship and professionalism was a true turn off. It gets two stars for previous staff and quality product. Thank you. read more

I recently made the switch to Lush products about 3 months ago. I suffer from adult acne/dry/oily combination skin. I can't begin to describe the immediate changes I noticed. I have tried everything under the sun, from skincare at Sephora, cetaphil, prescription creams and washes, Clinique... Nothing compares to Lush products. The staff at the South Shore Plaza location in Braintree are all amazing. They made personal recommendations for my skin and then assisted me with trying out the products. They aren't just trying to sell you stuff, they genuinely care about your satisfaction and most importantly your skin! I bought: Herbalism face wash Ocean Salt Scrub Vanishing Cream moisturizer They also provided me with generous samples of: Mask of Magnaminty I love Juicy Shampoo The 3 products I purchased lasted me for over 3 months. I went back in after a week and bought the full size Juicy shampoo, the Veganese conditioner, and two face masks: Brazened Honey Catastrophe Cosmetic. By sticking to my personalized regimen I have had noticeably clearer skin, fewer breakouts, and I look forward to my time in the shower using these products. Again, the staff is Amazing! They remembered me when I came back in, gave me more samples with my purchase, and treated me as a friend. I hope if you are reading this, and if you have been on the fence on whether to purchase products from Lush, that you give them a try. You will not regret it. read more

Lush Cosmetics - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Braintree, Massachusetts

LUSH has wonderful products, and you get what you pay for. I mean that in a good way. I'm partial to the salty vodka citrus facial scrub but the bath bombs are nice, and the freebies they give are nice too. It's definitely expensive compared to going to CVS for bath stuff, but it's handmade, natural products, and lovely ingredients and such. read more

I was very impressed with the knowledge the employees had of their products in this store. I tend to go here to pick up the same tried and true products but employees here helped me pick some products I might not normally get. I was EXTREMELY happy with everything that was recommended. Favorite products (combination skin) Coffee face and body mask - can last a few months and does not need refrigeration!! My face always feel rejuvenated and the coffee smell is perfect for the mornings! Serum bar made with pumpkin (not sure if this is the name but ask an associate and I'm sure they will help find it) this product helps you moisturizer deep! Never had softer skin before using this!! Twilight Bath bomb- smells amazing and gives off a pink then blue color creating a purple bath with sparkles. The lavender scent is perfect for relaxing. Skin feels amazing after! read more

This is another one of my favorite stores in the Plaza.. fun store, awesome beauty products and friendly salespeople that are never pushy. I'm a huge fan of the bath bombs, yes.. they're expensive, but they're a nice treat for yourself.. and they smell so good.. Would love to see them a little less expensive and maybe half the size, but they're great and I'll keep buying them.. I've tried several of the other items as well, some of the face creams, face washes, a shower scrub, some of the lotions, a foot scrub thing (I forget what its called) and it all really works.! read more

Ive had terrible acne for most of life. After completing accutane a few years back, i was in search of some skincare that will help with my acne prone skin. Lush has been the best products for me! I use their masks and cleanser. If I dont use their cleanser for a few days i can already see the difference in my skin. Their products are a little pricier than drug store products but its totally worth it i promise! read more

I visited this store again today. I was there when the doors opened at 11:00AM on the dot. Greeted by 2 big warm hellos. I have always loved lush. I believe it's a company that loves their employees and us customers see that because the employees are always happy and well mannered when interacting with us. Love the product, love the atmosphere. It's 4 stars because today I felt like The lady helping me was trying to sell me something instead of trying to help me. She was just doing her job, I think she might have been new, anyways it came off a bit strong. She was very sweet and still helpful though. Also I wasn't offered any samples! read more

This Lush store is a bit larger than the others I've been to. The service is pretty much the same, as they have a reputation for hiring good interactive salespeople. As I've said before, it would be nice if the product were less expensive, only then I would be able to shop here more than once or twice a year. read more

This is the only Lush I will go to. The ones in the city have sales people that mob you and pester you the whole time you're in the store. I went to this one and was so happy just to be left the hell alone while I shopped. The sales people offered help, but I said I was cool & they didn't hover or anything. As I was paying the salesgirl rung me up & commented on my purchase & that was the extent of shop talk. Lush, I love you, but all your stores need to be run like this one! read more

This is quite possibly my favorite store... ever! The products are phenomenal and unlike other "similar" shops that tout "all natural" products, there's no false advertising here. The company has a great business model and the product offerings are second to none. read more

I want to start by saying that while I love Lush and truly believe in their products, you won't find me shopping at this particular location. Lush prides themselves on great customer service but when ever I would I visit this Lush, I felt as though the sales associates only cared about making a sale. They are incredibly aggressive in their approach and will not let up. I was in with my little sister once and they were so in our faces that we ended up leaving because they made her feel so uncomfortable. It really is a shame because this is the closest location to me, but I would rather drive farther away than have to mentally prepare myself before walking into a store. read more

I had a vague idea of what type of hair products I wanted and the woman who helped me was so knowledgable. She showed me a variety of options and what each was best for. It made it easy for me to pick out what I wanted. She also gave me a little sample of another product to take home for comparison. Lush products are a bit of a splurge for my budget, but chances are I'll be coming back. read more

The products are awesome. I have very sensitive skin and lush has some awesome stuff that clears it up. The only thing is the sales associates (even though they are very nice and obviously have tons of training on the products) are way too overwhelming. I glance at a bath bomb and all of the sudden she's telling me "the coffee grounds come straight from Columbia" and "oh this body scrub goes great with it" and "oh have you smelled this?" Like ahhhh stop just leave me alone for two minutes. & I agree with the other posts... When you ask for a sample it's as if you just insulted them or something. I'll probably just stick to ordering online. read more

My girlfriend and I recently visited Lush for the first time and we were both pleasantly surprised with how helpful and friendly the staff were. The woman who took care of us (Amanda) was so informative and helpful. She explained to use how everything is vegetarian, not tested on animals and handmade. We both tried out the hand scrub and lotion, which left our hands feeling soft. Amanda was helpful with suggestions on what was best for our needs and even helped us start our Christmas shopping. We will definitely be back! read more

I'm a big fan of Lush products. I love that they are against animal testing and that they are a very charitable foundation. I love the smells and the textures and everything about their products. I have had excellent experiences at this particular store. The sales associates are fabulous. They made me feel comfortable enough to roam the store and ask questions when I wanted. My hands were getting full with all the things I was going to buy and one of the girls working there brought a basket over immediately without me even having to ask. They let me try out their different hair products in store and really catered to my specific needs. They also let you bring samples of almost anything home so in case you don't want to test it out n the store you can always do it at home. read more

I had never used their products before, and had always been curious about Lush, so I had a ton of questions on their bath bombs and hair products, as far as how to use their products, when I visited the store last night. The sales associate I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and helped me with what I was looking at to suit my needs. She even gave my boyfriend and I samples of some of their products (a hair treatment moisturizer for me, and a shaving cream for him), which was unexpected, but very cool. I purchased a bath bomb, shampoo bar, and vegan hair conditioner. So far, I have used their shampoo bar and the conditioner, and they both worked great, and I love the way my hair feels (not to mention, their products smell wonderful!) It's a bit steep for my budget, however I appreciate that they are hand-made, vegan, and animal cruelty free, and I just generally enjoy them so far, so I could definitely see myself purchasing again in the future. read more

Lush products are excellent. They're very well made, natural, usually self preserving, and their service is always great (not in this location). I went in today to get my usual (Dream cream and Cosmetic lad). Usually I visit the Burlington store, which has great service, but since I was already in Braintree, I decided to go ahead and buy it here. Now on to business. First of all, I opened one of the containers which spilled a bit (my fault), and the first reaction of the sales personnel was to tell me "that's not a tester, the tester is on the side and we put it there so people don't open the ones for sale". I said I was sorry for it and I was looking for the Cosmetic lad. She automatically told me that it wasn't the one I opened, and to not open any others. Of course, I needed something to clean my hands (see aforementioned spill), and asked for help, but she didn't respond to that and walked away (which I thought she went to get me a towel or something to clean the lotion from my hands. But no, she went to get someone else to "tell me how to sample their products"). At the end I had to go around asking for something to clean my hands, but ended up seeing the sink and cleaned them my self (no towels offered to dry my hands either). I'm sorry, anyone can make a mistake, but YOU as a sales person SHOULD help the customer in any way possible. And I'm not a 12 year old that needs to be reprimanded because he made a mistake. Learn to treat your customers, as from your past reviews, you're far from doing a good job at that. Also, if there are customers in the store, you might want to be helping them instead of talking and joking amongst each other. It's called service for a reason and you need to learn how to do it. BTW, the only reason I made my purchase was because I knew what I needed and was already there. read more

There is a blonde girl named Kelly who works here, who is absolutely amazing! I've had the worst acne of my life recently, and my shower water is so hard it makes my skin feel like it has bugs crawling under it. Kelly went through several different products for acne and shower care, that I absolutely love! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, she could name all of the ingredients of every product without looking at the containers and knew what each ingredient did. I ended up buying a cleanser, mask, toner, spot treatment, moisturizer, body wash, and lip balm that are all amazing products that all work together in harmony. She clearly knows what she's doing, she was able to find everything in a matter of seconds, and knew exactly what I would need based on my difficulties (she even stayed away from anything with pitted fruits in it, which I am allergic to)! She made me a life-er! read more
