I went and got the NIHT facial done with Mina. It was 90 minutes and she was very friendly and informative about what she was doing. I was relaxed the entire time and enjoyed our conversation during my facial. I would recommend! And if you're a Shiseido fan, this is the place to purchase it. I received many samples for my skincare concerns as I was checking out. Just a heads up that they don't accept AMEX cards. read more

The facials here are very good. I've only had the lifting facials but have noticed a big improvement in my skin. Ivy and Doris are friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. They are thorough and go over every pore. I also appreciate that the facial includes a scalp, chest and arm massage. Will definitely be coming back for more facials! read more

I stopped by this place looking to buy some Shiseido cosmetics. The owner, Linda, was very helpful in helping me pick out the right shade for me in a foundation that I was interested in buying. I sat down and she tried a couple of different shades on me and advised me on which one matched my skin tone the best. I wanted to buy a new lipstick as well and I was trying to pick between several shades so she let me try some of them on and gave me her opinion on which one was the best to go with. I also got a new blush shade and it is in a pink shade that looks very nice and natural on me. Linda has great advice when it comes to cosmetics and I am so glad that I stopped by the store. In addition to selling cosmetics here they also do facial services. I have had them do services on me here before, I really enjoyed it and I plan on going back sometime for some more. If you are looking for some beautiful cosmetics of excellent quality or you would like to enjoy some professional facial services then definitely stop by here. read more

Called yesterday and got an appointment the same day! I got the 90min facial with Mina and WOW she was amazinggggg. Mina took care of everything I told her I was having trouble with plus more. She also gave me the best massage ever on top of the facial. 10/10 experience. I can't wait to go back! P.S They do recommend some products for skincare afterwards but I feel like this information was necessary and I definitely appreciated it. read more

Walked in here about a year ago to ask about their services and pricing, and Linda, the owner, was very friendly and informative. I gave it a try, and enjoyed my facial so much with Mina that I decided to get the package. I am glad I did! They use only Shiseido so I know their products are high quality too. Mina is awesome - she is professional, personable, and very meticulous. I highly recommend this place! read more

We stopped by yesterday afternoon after shopping at Kam Man next door. Mina was a great sales person, they observed the COVID protocols. She knew the products very well. She was friendly, patient and very personable. Thanks to her we learned a lot. When my friend's purchase was $10 short of a current Shiseido gift promotion, my friend appreciated her letting her know about it. We really appreciated her kind attention, wonderful attitude and we definitely will go there again when in the area. read more

A HIDDEN GEM!!!!! A luxurious 90-min facial without breaking the bank! Forget the swanky and pretentious spas. This place does not have an overly "fancy" appearance, but they are professional, friendly, CLEAN, highly skilled, and gave me one of the best 90-min facial for under $100. You cannot find that anywhere in Boston or the surrounding area. My gal, Mindy was very sweet and did a fabulous job. She gave me her best recommendation without trying to "sell". Overall, wonderful place for ladies and gent to receive a facial. The owner, a nice older lady, although did not speak fluent English, was very delightful and polite. I will return and tell all my friends about my amazing experience. read more

This review is based on full body massage. The masseuse came out to take me in after I came in the front door. She automatically spoke to me in doitMandarin. I replied in English that I don't speak Mandarin. Then she was asking if I know Cantonese. Ok, fine.. I'll manage with my half-ass Chinese. The whole ordeal went thru in cantonese where parts of the conversation led me to say that I don't know how to answer you in Chinese. I managed to have her understand that I want full body and deep tissue by pointing in her binder. She was not strong enough to perform deep tissue. Yes, I did ask her to go deeper but she wasn't strong enough. So ya, my knots are still there. Part way thru my massage, she had to excuse herself to pick up the phone that was ringing. Seriously? Great way to lose the mood. The massage bed wasn't that comfie either. There wasn't much cushion so my boobs were squished uncomfortably as I was laying on my tummy. The bed did not have a heating system either so at some points I was chilled. Maybe I should not be comparing this to luxe spa. Well then, I was expecting a full body massage to be a full body massage. What I got was back shoulders, back, arm, back thigh, calf. I was not even flipped over on my back. Hands, feet, head, front side is not part of full body massage. She is nice; but not professional. She brought me to the "changing room" and said that I probably have had massages before so I know what to do. I was like, I had massages before but it's at American spa. I was never brought into a changing room for a massage. duh! In short, she didn't do a good job explaining what/how she wanted me to change into. read more

I went to Linda's store this July by chance. I was immediately impressed with Linda's professionalism and sincerity. I've had bad allergy on my face especially around my eyes over the last two years and my dermatologist's tests and prescription did not help much. My eyelids were often red and puffy, and the wrinkles around my eyes got much worse and I was terrified by how I could age overnight due to allergy. Linda and Mina are very knowledgeable and have introduced me to skincare products and facial services that completely changed my situation. In only a couple of months, the winkles around my eyes are not so visible now that I feel very confident with the way my skin looks. I'm 43 and people think I'm in my early 30s. I don't have to wear as much foundation. The skincare products keep my skin moisturized and firm. Mina also gives me a facial spa monthly. She has worked in the beauty industry for 10+ years and is very experienced and knowledgeable. She keeps my skin very clean and healthy. The technology she uses also helps to reduce and prevent water retention in my face. I enjoy talking to her and learning from her about skincare tricks and techniques during her 1.5 hour service. She's always very patient and thorough and it's so soothing and enjoyable to communicate with her. Her shoulder massage is divine and it really helps me to relax during my typical stressful lifestyle, so I look forward to going to their store every month. I trust Linda and Mina's opinions very much and I'm so happy to have met them and I'm confident that they will continue to help me freeze my youth. I think that every woman deserves to be pampered by a professional and trustworthy beauty expert like Linda and Mina. read more

Affordable luxury! Everyone is so sweet and helpful there. Very relaxing and positive experience. Stop by Kam Man for a bubble tea after :)

I did not get facial from here, but bought a sun block- the light sky blue one. The owner of this place was so kind, she told me her sister in law is also Korean! *^^* I plan to buy another sun block after I use the current one! read more

I have a facial package here where I get 10 facials for about $70 each and two free microdermabrasion services. I recently went in for my third facial and got the microdermabrasion. I love Doris, although I had another woman previously and she's also great. The most painful part is the extraction but it's painful anywhere and beauty is pain! Your pores look smaller and improved afterwards so it's worth it. I look forward to the massaging, which sometimes puts me to sleep. I love the products that they use, Shiseido, and feel as if my skin was just rejuvenated and years taken off my skin. I love how my skin feels after the microdermabrasion, i got some blood clots underneath my skin by the eye area but that happens sometimes with the service as it's abrasive. To reiterate, i love the massaging technique and the effective extraction. There's plenty of parking, the changing room provides slippers, you get a room to yourself, the ladies are friendly and there's a ton of shisheido products to purchase, if you can swing the prices. LOVE LOVE LOVE and it's so worth it to get the package. read more

The first time I visited the store I bought several products. Both ladies were helpful and very attentive. The following week I had a facial with Mandy. She is knowledgeable and professional. I have had facials before so the process was familiar to me. Still we talked about the procedure she followed and some of the products she used at the end. It was very relaxing: nice music, right temperature, blankets, and quietness, which I love when I'm receiving a facial. Thank you Mandy! read more

i agree with the previous reviewer. if you can't speak Cantonese you better know what to order! i went in to inquire about an eye treatment - like they do at Elizabeth grady. For the cost of an eye treatment i got a one hour facial massage and an amazing eye treatment. i also got a little back rub which i think is part of their style. i looked much younger when i walked out of there, so i am going back! LOL. glad to hear not to ask for a massage because i am going back for the same treatment i got before and was considering one. no frills. no warm and fuzzy here. just assembly line facial treatments done well. read more
