At around $15-18 for eyebrow threading, it's a little more expensive than some other places, but they did a solid job with the shape and cleanup. I was happy with the results and would consider coming back. Overall, a convenient and reliable option if you're looking for eyebrow threading in Quincy.

They always give me the shape I'm looking for... every time! I don't come here as often as I used to, since it's a bit out the way for me now, but I love the threading results. I called a day in advance and they had an opening which was surprising! I went to Mimi and she was honestly so sweet she asked what I was looking for and then bam! Forgot to add the part where I had eye makeup on and she was super nice about it and just simply asked me to help her take it off in the bathroom (that House of Lash glue don't play!). I actually really like how the lashes looked this time and its been 3 weeks and the retention on these lashes are truly amazing! Glad I came back!! (I went for an open eye look with wispy volume) I would totally give this place a try!

After the one week , I have a gap on the left eye (very minor) but quite noticeable. So I called The salon in order to fill in the few missing hairs. I arrive at the Quincy lash salon and I ask Jenny if she can just fill in the few lashes that were missing. She tells me I need to do a refill for $70 dollars. She continued to say that after two weeks the fill is $80, (it's only been a week so I'm thinking it will be half of what you would pay for two weeks) (would've made more sense. I mentioned I don't need a refill yet, just a touch up of the 4-5 hairs. Literally. Lastly, she ends up actually doing a refill (which I did not need) mounds of glue and extra lashes that I did not need is what I ended up with! Lashes are so stiff at this point that I can't even blink without feeling like my own lashes are scratching my eyeballs. So uncomfortable. When all she had to do was follow the instructions of just a few lashes that I've requested. I felt that this salon was a bit money hungry. If you treat your clients correctly and listen to the style they are looking for, you would have a returning client. Now, because my real lashes have fallen off too, I'm not sure if I'll ever get lashes done again. Watch out ladies.

This one longer and more dramatic lash being attached to one of the real lashes you have will make it so your lashes grow and fall out as if you did not have false lashes on. So you will keep your lashes healthy and you can keep getting them done for years without damaging them or take them off and start when you're ready again! In this photo you see me coming in after two weeks (my scheduled refill time) and going to work happy and ready for the weeks to come ! I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years. There's not an artist I haven't seen. To be honest I was an artist for a year and that's how i know how good this work is. I've paid 400$ for lashes that weren't close to this good and I've paid 25$ for lashes and you get what you pay for. I know all the ins and outs of lashing. Your artist may be a kind girl. But .. your lashes are more important. I was so happy and excited to do lashes when I learned years ago. And they always looked great but it's not easy to make them look great and stay looking great AND stay healthy. If you see anyone lesser than a professional you are asking for infections and pain. You CANNOT risk your health for a price. And honestly in the world of lashes the lash bar is the best quality vs price I've ever seen. I decided I was in the lash game for the long haul, so my natural lashes had to be in it for the long haul too. Well luckily Ashley Marzelek has kept my lashes long, thick, healthy, pain free and SAFE. Flawless of course . The only problem is it takes one month to get adjusted to the weight and feel of the lashes. After that you don't realize they're not yours! I could not suggest Ashley more I honestly would be dumb to leave. I tried to leave for a cheaper price once (aka a nail salon ) the money I saved was not worth the pain and aggravation I had to remove them it was horrible! I am a permanent client of Ashley's and I'll stand firm here! If you see me at The Red Lion Tavern in Cohasset, ask me anything you want about my lashes about Ashley about prices about lash health etc. I'm happy to answer any questions! You learn a few things after 10 years!

With a busy schedule, sometimes same day service is needed and I'm glad SMN can accommodate! I didn't want to wait so I went to SMN this time. I've been to SMN a few times since my initial review and the two times since my initial visit there was no skin broken/bleeding, but unfortunately today there was. I have sensitive skin, and skin is drier in the winter, but I've never had the skin broken when I've done waxing. The aesthetician put a salve on it to heal it quicker. I also signed up for a Bikini Extended and it was only a little more than the bikini area. When I told the aesthetician what I was looking for, she removed all the hair in front like I usually have-- I asked her what to request next time and she told me to request a Brazilian. She didn't charge me for the extra hair removal which was very nice. At the waxing center where I usually go a Bikini Full ($47) removes all the hair in front. A Brazilian at SMN is $60, so from a cost perspective, it seems like waxing is also the way for me to go. I don't like to leave less positive reviews but I think it's good for others to know if they're considering sugaring-- I really want to like it but so far it's been very painful and broken my skin 2/4 times. Maybe it's a better experience for people with less sensitive skin! Update: the healing balm seems to have worked as there hasn't been any irritation/pain from the area where the skin broke. It was just very painful in the moment, but there's been no lingering pain, which is good.
