I have never known a business where the women either leave, are out sick or they change the person you picked because they either left or they are sick!!! No, I do not recommend this place. There is a lady their name, Kylie and she is very mean I had one missed appointment back in December and I have to pay for it in advance with my credit card which was $100 took me since then because she is racist. She told me to leave the building which I had an appointment there at 5 o'clock I came in 30 minutes earlier cause I thought I was late and she says I was hollering at her and look for excuses not to take my business and she found it... bad employees..... and don't ever come back, but when the other ladies are there, they take my Business and she threw me out and threatened to call the police on me because she's racist because I'm Hispanic I am not Hispanic. I am Italian. She judge me by the color of my skin and she was giving me an attitude and she called the police. She embarrassed me in front of people and threw me out horrible place. I do not recommend it. She says she don't feel comfortable with my Business for no apparent reason which is I've been going there for 8 years when they were called lunchbox I am going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau in the morning. She is easy to work with and listens to what you are hoping to get done. It is easy to book online and the process is seamless when I go in. Do yourself a favor: if you have never had a bikini or Brazilian done before ... SKIP the nail salon and head to Lunchbox. They specialize in waxing; it's the only thing they do. The space is clean, sterile and comfortable. They aren't packing you into a tiny box of a room - the rooms are spacious. They offer wipes so you can freshen up before you show off the bits. They also offer disposable thongs if you are more comfortable covering up. I promise you, they have seen it all, so don't be too self-conscious. I had Tessa and re-booked with her for my next appointment in 6 weeks. The waxing is only as painful as it has to be (you are ripping hair off of your Britney, what else do you expect?) However, I've had a number of these done and found this one to be one of the least painful in my experience. It was quick - less than thirty minutes and more thorough than most places are. Took the plunge with my first wax today and am extremely happy with my choice of having it done at Lunchbox. The facility was clean and welcoming. I only met with the woman who did my wax, she was friendly and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Walking me through what she was doing while also engaging with me as a person. I don't have anything to compare it too, but the waxing process was less painful than I anticipated and did not take much time. I decided to go to LunchboxWax Hingham because they were running a BOGO special. I only had one prior Brazilian wax experience (at a different place) and it was horribly painful so I was a bit apprehensive to get waxed again. My experience at Lunchbox was so great that I don't think I could get waxed anywhere else now. The place is so clean and spacious, and the waxing process itself is quick (~15 minutes) and the pain is minimal. Kylie was my tech and she was excellent! Went in on a Monday at 1. Had no appointment, but was right there so I figured what the heck. Went in to an empty reception area and was told by signs to sit and wait, and wait, and wait. I could hear conversations going on in the work area , so I knew there was someone there. This place was great. Siham was thorough and quick. She made sure she knew my special skin issues and planned out the shape of my brows with me. I was not happy at all with my visit to lunchbox wax. I had great eyebrows when I went in there. I told the girl I only wanted the strays waxed and to leave the shape alone. She completely botched the shape of my eyebrows. It was so thin and had no shape left whatsoever. They took my twins and made them sisters. I called and told them what happened and they told me to come back in and they can fix it. When I went in there the second time they took even more off my eyebrows. I will never be going back.
