I have had bad threading experiences lately so was overdue for an appointment. I got in just ahead of a long line (5 people waiting for 1 chair) but it was worth it. The shop is small and only has Isabel as a stylist (or you can see Anita for threading or waxing, too --the two ladies share the workspace), so I would recommend calling or making appointment ahead of time to avoid not getting seen/disappointment. Isabel is kind and is a great conversationalist. It's great caching up with her about life. She does remember her clients as well (I know this because she mentioned specific info about me everytime I stopped by!). She even remembered roughly the last time I stopped by her salon too! Prices are really reasonable for a haircut (she does shampoo my har before the cut, too). I know she also offers coloring too but I've never done that yet with her. Overall, highly recommend Isabel and I plan to continue going to see her as long as I live/ remain in the Boston area.
