I have been seeing Kelly roughly every other week for the past year, and have seen massive improvements in my skin. For context, I have pretty severe cystic acne, went through one round of Accutane which helped initially, but then my acne came back with a vengeance. I had awful inflamed nodules and acne all along my neck that were painful and itchy, and it is completely smooth and clear now thanks to Kelly's skill and persistence in extracting. I also get microdermabrasion, which she recommends on weeks when my skin is looking calmer and can benefit from the extra exfoliation to get rid of dead skin and help with scarring. She also does scalp and facial massages to help you relax during the treatment which is really nice. If you have acne-prone skin that hasn't responded to typical treatments or medication from dermatologists, I wholeheartedly recommend seeing Kelly. In fact, I missed her so much that when I came back to Boston for two weeks in February, I saw her not once, but twice! During the first visit, we joked that my face needed a good "spring cleaning," and she did NOT disappoint - she was super thorough about cleaning my clogged pores, and we did a diamond peel/microdermabrasion and an eye treatment, along with her always fabulous face massage, and a soothing mask to finish.
