For context, I have pretty severe cystic acne, went through one round of Accutane which helped initially, but then my acne came back with a vengeance. I had awful inflamed nodules and acne all along my neck that were painful and itchy, and it is completely smooth and clear now thanks to Kelly's skill and persistence in extracting. I also get microdermabrasion, which she recommends on weeks when my skin is looking calmer and can benefit from the extra exfoliation to get rid of dead skin and help with scarring. She also does scalp and facial massages to help you relax during the treatment which is really nice. If you have acne-prone skin that hasn't responded to typical treatments or medication from dermatologists, I wholeheartedly recommend seeing Kelly. I decided to give them another chance and it is even worse than the first time. Multiple nails aren't glued down properly. On the sides my real nail is exposed.
