This review is a long time coming. I came here during the summer for microblading with Kym. I had over tweezed my brows over the years and they looked too sparse and uneven for my liking. Beware of their ridiculous cancelation policy- I had to cancel an appointment because my husband was IN THE HOSPITAL and they still charged me $60. Really did not appreciate the lack of sympathy and understanding- I still took the time to call them (rather than no-show) more than 6 hours in advance. I was so nervous and hesitant to get micro blading done as I rarely wear makeup and was very afraid the results of micro blading would be over the top and unnatural. Been here twice for a lash lift and brow wax with two different people (Savannah and Jeannelley) and they were both wonderful! I have really straight, Asian lashes that point downward and never hold a curl. The first time I came in my lashes didn't take to the lift, I didn't say anything but was disappointed because I've never found a place that could make the lift work. Savannah ended up emailing me asking if I would like to come in again, saying she noticed my lashes didn't lift as much as they could've. I went back in and she tried a longer processing time and the lift worked! I really appreciated the extra attention. The second time, Jeannelley did an amazing job. I told her what we did in the past and she knew exactly what to do. My lashes look better than they ever have. Also the attention to detail for my brow wax was amazing. I've never gotten a service from the owner but she has been there both times I went and is always super friendly. I was recommended by my nail technician who gets her brows tented. I had almost absolutely NO eyebrows. First impression of the place before she moved was that it was a bit difficult to find once you got inside the building. But once I did I was very pleased with the decor, environment and cleanliness. Torre ( I don't think I spelled her name correctly) gave me a warm greeting and got right to me. She explained the process and did her outline. I found the process to be a bit uncomfortable (maybe I was extra sensitive but shoot I had 4 kids no pain meds I should be able to take this....not) she did put numbing cream but I felt like I was feeling every stroke and filling. I left out with brows! I as pleased for finally having full brows but I did notice they weren't even and I will take some blame as a customer. I did request that they be a little closer but one side ended up more inward than the other. No biggie I thought. I would be returning in 2 weeks and it can be adjusted. I was happy to have brows. For my two week appointment I was touched up and my brows were made darker. I'm not sure if I even got more strokes. It seemed as if it was just shading. That was in August.... Fast forward to about a month ago I realized I had no strokes and I contacted Dollface. Torre told me that because my skin was oily my strokes wouldn't last that long (what a bummer). I also said I wished they were darker. She offered to do a retouch and I obliged but have yet to hear from her. Maybe she is supper booked and busy. ‍ I wanted to wait until I got another retouch but since she didn't respond I thought I just go ahead and post my experience and personal opinion. From my perspective I think I was more than likely not a good fit because I have seen her do amazing work on others before and after me. I still recommend her to people. Her customer service is good. The new location is beautiful and her work on others has/is beautiful. This is just my experience. read more

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Torrie. Torrie, along with everyone else working at the salon, is one of the kindest, sweetest people you could imagine, and I had a great time through the process. Unforunately, I was slightly horrified by the result immediately after the process. I had done a lot of research about microblading, and even though they all said that the first few days got a bit terrifying, they all claimed that they looked perfect leaving the salon. I had microshading done as well, and I was not prepared for the immediate result and left quite dubious about what I had just done. Major anxiety for the next few days, especially every time I saw my reflection in the mirror. About 4 days later, the coloring toned down, and I have been overjoyed by the result since then. The healing process was easier than I was expecting, and I love how natural my brows look!
