Two things you should know about me if you read this review.... #1. This is my first review ever bc I'm not One to take the time to write them and #2 I am not the type to spend money on self care/beauty stuff....... However, I decided it was time to do something for myself so I took a chance. I am SO incredibly grateful I chose Boss Beauty to get my eyebrows micro bladed. My childcare fell through and I had to bring my 2 month old. Not only did they allow her to come along (which I was nervous about) but they were SO good to myself and my little. From the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcomed by Naomi and Nikki. You can tell they have a great dynamic and take pride in their work. It's obvious They have a passion for what they do. I was there for 2 hours and left feeling like a million bucks. I also had fun. She had great music playing, great conversation, the space was clean and decorated beautifully. Over a year ago, I decided to have my brows microbladed. My eyebrows were sparse and always have been light. Microblading is an investment and it's important to have a knowledgeable, talented artist that can achieve the best results possible. Nikki is wonderful and her work is amazing! I've had my eyebrows microbladed and then my second appointment - each time her and her assistants were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. She did a great job mapping my eyebrows to my face, being honest about what shape would look best, and then did great with the numbing and procedure itself. I was nervous because I hadn't done it before but they were very clear about what to expect and detailed about how how to take care of them to make it last longer for post-care. Absolutely love Nikki. She couldn't get any sweeter and she does amazing work. I've had my brows done with her, a Brazilian wax, and a chin wax. Everyone compliments my brows and I've honestly never had a better job. She is extremely thorough with her work and made me feel very comfortable during my Brazilian wax. I also had my lip permanently tattooed with Nikki. A few years ago I sustained an injury to my lip that left a white keloid on my lip that I was extremely self conscious about. Nicki used a fine tip tattoo needle to camouflage the white scar and matched it exactly with the color of my natural lip. You can't even tell that I actually had a scar there before it is so well done. I have also seen her work with micro blading and it is amazing what this woman can do with a needle and some brows! Paid my very first visit to Boss Beauty today for an eyebrow wax and tint. Having had anemia for sometime and subsequent hair loss I hadn't properly waxed my eyebrows in probably well over a year. The space is fun and inviting and the staff is very sweet and accommodating! I didn't know what to expect because I've been out of the brow game for some time and didn't want anything overly dramatic. I was just hoping for brows that I don't need to pencil in everyday. As both a person and a professional Nikki is wonderful! She has such a warm and friendly personality. I explained to her my situation and what I was hoping for. She listened, explained to me what we'd be doing and then she gave me the best brows ever! EXACTLY what I wanted. I started seeing Nikki for waxing services when she was at European Wax. She always took her time and double checked her work to make sure I was happy with her services. Once, I had to reschedule and appointment and chose to work with another esthetician (because Nikki was always booked up - for good reason!) and even though she did a good job, it was nothing like Nikki.
