I moved to Massachusetts from NY back in September and was hoping to find a good eyebrow spot bc finding someone who could do my eyebrows even just PASSABLE was always a game of Russian Roulette. So while at work 1 day i see a coworker who had, in my humble opinion, FABulous eyebrows and asked on the spot "Where do you get your eyebrows done?" I NEEDED to know bc eyebrows that stopped me dead in my tracks like that, I KNEW this was the place i had to go to. She gave me the info to reach out to Nikki and make an appointment and just from the text back alone i knew i was in for a treat. Right away she won me over with her bubbly kindness. Fast forward to the day of my browpointment. I get there early, anxiously excited to finally get my brows done. I was scheduled for 12 o'clock and was greeted a little before or after 12 by Nikki who very kindly and sincerely apologized as she explained to me her previous client came in late for her appointment and so it was running into my appointment time. She said that bc of the wait she was not going to charge me for the session. Which in all honesty i still tipped her something bc i wasstill happy with the outcome even with the extra wait time.Talk about a doll! Professional, comfortable, bubbly and a guru at watch she does with eyebrows; i went in with high hopes and left in immensely satisfied. Nikki works magic! She's amazing at her job, very talented and has a great personality. I went in yesterday to get microblading for the first time. Nikki was awesome she sat with my mom and I and talked about the procedure, what to expect, the after care and answered every question we had. She gave me the best experience from the second I walked into the door she was extremely accommodating. I highly highly recommend her and the amazing work she does. Microblading: About and hour of lidocaine on your eyebrows to help alleviate the pain. Then another hour of measuring and sculpting the perfect eyebrows based on your muscles, cheekbones and symmetry. Once she outlines your eyebrows with your thoughts and wants she begins her magic. She takes a microblade and makes individual lines ( it is alittle painful even with the lidocaine but tolerable) she stops and gives you breaks whenever you need. Then puts another numbing agent on and finishes with color etc( this part didn't hurt at all) then she waxes you and cleans it up and BOOM beautiful eyebrows I can't wait to go back for my complimentary touch up in 4 weeks where she can add more and shape them until they are exactly what I want! First of all this woman has a heart of gold an incredible personality and if I happen to continue saying wonderful things about her then I would never get to the review of her work. I have first-hand seen over a year-and-a-half the please as punch customers that walk out of Boss Beauty. I have seen some amazing tint jobs and 1 madam had the loveliest eyelashes and she was not wearing any mascara all natural all hers just by going and getting treatments from Nikki. My own experience is I simply had her wax my eyebrows and clean them up. I have been to people who I considered the very best in how to do eyebrows. NO ONE NOW COMPARES TO NIKKI!!!! Nikki knows what she is doing. I went in after a recommendation from a girlfriend that got her eyebrows microbladed (I legit thought they were her real eyebrows). I was wicked nervous about how they were going to look. Honestly I was terrified after the first procedure (It's a two appointment process: 1st is the first procedure and 2nd is the touch up). They were so dark and I freaked out. But Nikki was with me throughout the whole process. She genuinely cares. I just recently went in again for the touch up and let me tell you...I AM VERY HAPPY.
