A few are crooked. she didn't clean my nail beds at all, nicked my finger with the drill filer (did apologize) and massaged only one hand. I made an appointment as I had a very busy week ahead with a wedding that Saturday that I wanted my nails done for. I'm not sure if I'll try them again. There was another client in there who I was chatting with and the woman working on my nails seemed annoyed by it.

I still have the card with card # and bar code. I made countless calls and was assured it would be resolved however I never got any calls back. Its been over a month now and every time I call they claim there is no manager on site and they'll be in tomorrow or later in the week. Complete lies. I think they assume I'll just go away if they just don't call back but they are sorely mistaken. This is actual theft in my eyes. My wife never uses gift cards right away as they are a treat and its nice to save for a special day. Its really unfortunate, this business could have resolved this so easily and made a customer happy, its only a nail treatment, not thousands of dollars, but they decided to do the contrary and be unprofessional and ghost a good customer.
