I visited Four Seasons Nail Salon because my usual technician was out sick, and I urgently needed a nail appointment. The salon had a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately, the nail technician who worked on me lacked the skills I was looking for. The communication between us was poor, and I believe there was a language barrier. The pedicure felt rushed, and during the manicure, despite my request to keep the length of my nails, she clipped some with no attempt to maintain their shape. The nail design was okay but not what I wanted or expected. It appears basic and better suited a tween. The technician chose the design to which I agreed to simply move the appointment along. Lesson learned. The color doesn't match my pedicure because the technician chose a color from a specific box of colors and said those were the options. I'm still not sure why she didn't use the color from my pedicure with a different brush to make the designs. The tips were overlapping my natural nails and longer than I wanted. I ended up filing them down when I got home. The technician seemed to have an opinion on the best solution to complete my nails but didn't share it openly. Instead, she subtly told me that it was my mistake. To add insult to injury, the technician was looking for a tip before she'd communicate the final price. To my surprise, the service was quite expensive for the service received. Anyway, the appointment was a struggle, and the technician sensed I was unhappy because she started telling me don't worry. I'll definitely be returning to my usual salon, where I can expect quality and creative nail designs that are worth the cost. Enjoy the nail picture, which I didn't want to take, but the technician insisted. First impressions are lasting impressions. Don't expect to see me there again. read more

Got them done 7/19 my nails were rushed and not the length I wanted as I addressed it I was told that they were fine and the women doing them "Knew what she was doing". Not satisfied at all cause getting charged $70 for "shape" and thin nails Is not quality for that price. 1 nail down already and I have a funeral to go to tmrw next time I'll go somewhere else read more

When I first started going to Four Seasons, I was quite happy. However, over time, there have been many changes with the Owner and different technicians. The Technician I have seen for the last 4+ months has done fairly good work, but as a Partner of this Salon, I have seen the level of service deteriorating. She gets up multiple times during an appointment, and recently, when I scheduled a pedicure, they phoned me to inform me they had made a mistake with the appointment time they had booked me. This didn't make sense since I booked it at the beginning of said week, not the day before the appointment. I rescheduled for the next day and was quite disappointed in the pedicure I received. Most importantly, my toes were never cut, and the nails are too long and painful. In addition, my technician continued to get up several times during my appointment - this was not relaxing and quite disturbing. I phoned the Owner whom I first started with, and I caught her at a bad time. She was busy with her kids and wasn't at the Salon. Over the course of a few messages, she never offered to fix my problem. I was also requesting 2 appointments with another Nail Technician to try, but she was unable to schedule time for me. Poor service, unprofessional, and not respectful of paying customers - needless to say, I won't be going there again,n and had to dispute the charge for the service I had. I do not recommend this Nail Salon - too many others to choose from. read more

This has to be the worst nail salon I e ever been too... I recently moved to Danvers and checked this place out... first the place is filthy I didn't see anyone clean anything down and the workers were in a rush to leave after there clients that they didn't sanatize or bleach anything!! My nails were so thick and bumpy after I asked her to shave them down like 5 times...completely uneven shape ... they didn't use UV light to dry my nails and no top coat my nails are dull Looking and not shiny. My daughter could do better. This place so was filthy nothing was wipe down or swept... you'll deff grt corona in here no sanitizing done right . Also I saw her put back my filer and no autoclave any instruments she used. PLUS IT WAS 60 I used to pay 45 in swampscott the best nail salon ever!!! I am going to have to go back to my original place.. this place should be closed . read more

I absolutely love this place. I get pedicures every couple weeks there by Pam she is absolute best and wicked funny. They are all so friendly and very personable. read more

Not very busy on Saturday. Went in for a pedicure without an appointment. Received services quickly but the nail tech looked most unhappy and barely said a word to me. She was able to speak English. She used hand signals to direct my foot movements. Kept getting up to go back to her nail station during my pedicure. Once to answer her cell. Unprofessional. Will never go back if they paid me. (We don't have to carry on a conversation but to use gestures and not try to be a little friendly is not the way to attend to customers. If you're having a bad day, step away and regroup. Don't treat your customers like they are troubling you to do their job. read more

I have been there once. I don't know the name of the technician. It took almost two hours to do an okay pink and white set after insisting I remove all my nails. They are thick but look ok. The price was outrageous. $50?!!? I have been getting pink and white powder fills and sets for almost a decade and I've never ever paid that much even for the best job. There are several Other salons in the area that charge less, take less time and do a better job. read more

I needed a pedicure so bad, I need self care some relaxation. Being all cooped up in the house it's just so boring. But I decided to reach out places to see who will be opening and this place answered and o got an appointment that same morning. The owner Julie very nice and good as following the cdc guidelines for COVID-19 everything was clean and the staff would sanitize everything they used from chair to down to the nail polish while I was picking one out. So yes very clean place. I was satisfied with my color and work she did. I will be coming back again for my mother daughter mani-pedi for sure!! read more

I just moved to the north shore, Peabody, and I am so excited to have found a new nail salon! No more traveling for me to get great nails. I love Julie. She is super friendly and she does an amazing job. I got a shellac manicure and pedicure and she knows how to shape my nicely. I'm really excited I came here Great price and great work Julie! This is a total hit or miss place. I've had a fabulous pedicure the first time I went. Today I called and asked if they could take me in 15 minutes if not no worries. She said yes she could. I get there and she sets me up in the pedicure chair, great! Then I realize as I was sitting I was sitting with my feet in the tub for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. At that point my feet were pruny and the water was cold. I could tell she could see the frustration on my face so she said "I'm sorry one minute" another 10 minutes went by so here I am with my feet soaking for 35 minutes. My feet are now extra pruny. She comes to do my pedicure and the massage is what I look forward to because I'm a hairdresser and I'm always on my feet. It was by far the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. read more

Didn't have a Yelp account when I went, but now I do so: Got my nails done here when I was still working around the area...so about a year ago(?). The lady I had (I didn't get her name, but she seemed like she was in charge) gave me a deep cut on my thumb with one of the tools. She was so apologetic that I still gave her a tip(I was hoping for a discount, but I also felt bad so I didn't argue) read more

I have been going to the same nail salon for almost 4 years (a different salon). My sister and I today decided to try something different today. THANK G-D WE DID! I live on Garden St and have never tried Four Seasons Nails before. When I walked in the owner was extremely welcoming. They were busy but she took both of us right away. We got a mani and a pedi. The place was extremely clean. While the girl (who even though English was not her first language I could actually understand!) was doing our nails the owner kept coming by checking on us and seeing if we needed anything. It was very comforting. The place was nice and clean and DID NOT have that nail salon smell to it which was a nice change. The only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it did get pretty cold in the salon towards the end of my visit and I wish it had been warmer. read more

Last weekend I brought my best friend's bachelorette party, a group of 11, here for mani/pedis as part of the festivities. Before the actual date I spoke to the owner Julie on a number of occasions to work out details and give her an exact number of people. She was very friendly and so accommodating, she told me we could bring in food and drink if we wanted to. When we got there, Julie and her employees managed to make eleven mani/pedis and a couple of eyebrow waxings flow so smoothly. We set up snacks and sangria on the counter and everybody had a great time! All the women were so friendly! I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to any woman in the north shore looking to get pampered! Julie and her team are so wonderful! read more

Everyone is very kind and welcoming! Service is amazing! Pedicures and eyebrows always come out looking better than ever!!

I have been coming to Four Season Nails & Spa with my two daughters for years now. The manager Julie is amazing and always remembers us and welcomes us with a smile. For the price this is the best place to go. They are quick and do a job well done. It is easier to just do a walk in over appointment. I would recommend to anyone ! read more

Ive never written a review before but this was just ridiculous. Not only was the man who did my nails very rough and honestly hurt me a few times, he did a very poor job. He purposely poured acetone all over my hands, got gel underneath my nails and on my fingertips, then used the tool used for cuticles to cut the gel AND my skin off. The end result was my nails looking slanted and weird (see pointer finger in picture) I went back, which honestly says a lot because that type of stuff makes me super uncomfortable, but I knew it would drive me insane but instead of actually fixing the nail he just filed it down on the sides there is still a blob on the nail. The others look pretty decent but you can feel an indent where he put too much polish on the tips of my nails. Needles to say after that little rant, I will not be back! read more

Amazing find today....walked in with my mother and sister to get our mom, who has Alzheimer's her nails done. Before we knew it, the three of us were having a pedicure, mom got her nail tips removed and replaced with a beautiful set by tips removed by Pam, my sister and I had quick pedis with Julie, I ended up having a French manicure from Leanne, and I surprised my sister with a 90 minute massage with Amy, who my sister said was beyond excellent in her craft as a message therapist. Julie also made it possible for an eye brow and lip wax...a woman with many talents she is a true pro! This place is clean, comfortable and has an amazing staff of professionals who go out of their way to please you. We have found our new nail spa and I highly recommend all the services we were lucky to enjoy today. read more

Great service& value! No wait time, comfy chairs, friendly personnel.. I would recommend this place!

Arrived for our appointment and got a blank stare. Lots of people waiting we were told to come back in an hour and get in line. When we explained we had a wedding to attend and needed manicures (had explained this when appt was made) we got another blank stare and, "come back later" Clearly english not understood and appointments mean nothing. We left and hurriedly found another place. read more

Highly recommend. Met Julie and her staff. Had a pedicure this morning at the Nail Bar in Salem. I can honestly say it was the WORSE pedicure I have ever had. She basically painted my toes. It looked like an 8 year old did them. Now, after my Mom had her hair done, her nails were in dire need of a Cut and new set. Well as we walk in ... more than able to accommodate our Mom, I asked Julie if anyone had time that my sister and I would love a nail polish change on our toes. She was MORE than accommodating. She took care of both of us in seconds. Next came Pam to my Mom's rescue. She cleaned up my Moms toes. She looked like a million bucks. Off to do Moms nails. Pam was amazing, attentive, funny and a sweetie. Thanks for taking so good of our Mom Pam!!! Next I met Amy...my angel...knowing I suffer from bad arthritis throughout my body. She took 60 mins of my life and made me walk with pride. OMG! Cup therapy...so freaking awesome and AMAZING. Amy finds all the tension spots. Explains what she is doing. Explains her tools. All natural herbal soothing awesome smell and her miracle knowledge of "therapy message". It is the best $70 for 1 hour and you will hug Amy as much as I did ... and don't forget to tip her! She's worth every penny. Now during this time my sister met Leanne. She snapped right up and my sister was sporting Beautiful French gels. See good things happen to good people. And we are all good people! read more

I haven't been to this salon in a couple of years. My daughter and I both wanted pedicures and our regular salon couldn't take us so we booked here. When we arrived they didn't seem to know we had appointments. Two woman worked on us but never tried to converse with us the whole time. They only spoke to each other in their own language. Very quick pedicure and not very relaxing. The salon was dirty and old looking. There was a third employee who kept looking at her and saying "shit I didn't want that". Very unprofessional. That employee eventually left and when we were drying our polish both of the other employees went into the back. We were done and had to wait probably 5 minutes for one employee to come out to take our money. Turns out they were in the back room waxing their eyebrows. So disappointed I even went back there. Really can't understand how they are still in business. Don't know where the owner was but clearly she wasn't there read more

I've never really found a salon that I could see myself go back every time I needed something done. This place changed my mind. I live right down the street and the only reason I really stopped in was because I needed to do my nails badly. They took me in on a Sunday! I got the shellac. The owner did my nails, it was very busy at the time so she was running back and forth to the phone and meeting the people at the door. My family has many businesses so I completely understood, but if I was a normal costumer I would see why they would get annoyed. Anyway, one of my nails broke and shellac is supposed to last two weeks, so I went back and the owner fixed my nail and apologized, I wanted to leave her a tip but she refused. The best part of the shellac experience is the massage they give you when the nails are under UV light, it's divine! The best part of this salon is that they give you a stamp card and when you get 10 stamps on one service you get the 11th free! read more

Not impressed. Seated for a pedicure right away but waited 20 minutes for someone to begin. The employees were speaking to each other non-stop (not in English) and the girl who was doing my pedicure got up to answer her cell phone twice before bringing it back to the seat and making a call out, The place could use a good scrub down, The list of options on the wall was not as extensive as what they offer. I probably will not return. read more

When I first, started going here 4 Seasons. They did a great job, but I feel lately. I always have go back to have them fix a chipped nail polish, my nails don't grow. I stop going for a few months, when else where, my nails look great every time n my nails are growing, looking great. Next time, u go, watch how clean they are?? Get a pedicure, they rinse, what they use on your feet in the water. Nasty!! Then check another place,u will see the difference. read more

The owner of this salon is the most wonderful human being on the planet. She's flexible, kind, smart and most of all, VERY talented. I come here for waxing and nails and I've never been disappointed. It gets crowded but that's because it's so great! The prices are on point and the quality is even better. This is my go-to spot. read more

I am a professional in the industry and I only use this spa for about 5 years now. It looks like your typical nail salon but not only are the nails always done to perfection, the waxing is amazing-always perfect , no matter who you get! I'm not sure how they all train the same but the skills are impeccable. The facials and massages are something from a high end spa in Boston. If your a smart consumer you know where the best quality for your dollar is and trust me this is a hidden gem. Never mind the fluff and buff of other spas this place gives you results that you expect. Love it. I am lucky it is so local to me. read more

I find this place to be hit or miss.....I go in once in a while, but I was in about 6 weeks ago and they couldn't have been more disorganized, rushing around, hurrying your nails to go on to the next customer, the hell w/ that. Sometimes though they are great. Julie is great, but even she was rushed that day. These places are a dime a dozen, and it's sooo easy to just go someplace else, it's not my problem if they overbook.... they lost my business for a long while now, and I found two new places who DON'T rush you. That's MY time that I book. So, seeya Four Seasons, and get w/ the program, paleeeeeze. read more

Posted on behalf of my wife. Very rude and unprofessional. My wife Waited to be seen for 30min then one of the employee's asked her if she could come back because the tech had an appointment coming in. Didn't properly seal my wife's nails which allowed water to get into them. read more

These ladies do a great job. They are a little more expensive than the place I usually go to, but its definitely worth the extra five or so dollars. The only reason I'm giving 4 not 5 is because I made an appointment for 6:15 and they took me a little after 6:40. Still worth the wait :) read more
