I never seen anyone ever taking walkins considering everyone I see go in is all by appts only. They are very efficient about appts and getting you in and out by suggested service time. I got ombré dip and that is about 2 hours but so worth it. I love the outcome and can not stop looking at my nails. Definitely my go to spot. read more

My experience overall was lackluster. I came in looking to switch from acrylics to dip. Though a fairly simple process, the tech cut one my cuticles with the drill bit. Going into the mani, she cut my cuticles dry as opposed to soaking first; that could be customary for the services being done, I'm not sure. The nail shaping wasn't too great. I would've asked for better but looking at it from the angle you're at, will have you thinking it looks better than it is. The design I wanted was fairly simple but poorly executed. How have I never reviewed my ladies?!? I apologize. First off- coming to this spa is like going to your friend's house, in a spa lol. There's a great collection of colors, both dip and gel. They also have bio gel and a number of other neat options, like glitter encapsulation etc. The girls are always looking for the newest, coolest nail styles and perfecting them. They truly design art. Plus, your nails look amazing for a long time. Mine were done almost three weeks ago and STILL look new. Again- the photo is two and a half weeks AFTER getting my nails done. I had a service this morning with Arely, first time here. And I was coming in originally just for an acrylic refill, but she found mold on my nail from previous sets(from another salon). I was looking for a new place to get my nails done so I thought to check this place out. As much as I loved the atmosphere and the extremely friendly people that work here, my nails a week later are ridiculous. I got my nails done here less than a week ago and one of my acrylic nails have already fallen off while another part of my nail has chipped. For the amount of money I spent here and to have my nails even chip after a week is absolutely unacceptable. Let me start off by saying that I came here because I saw amazing pictures on Instagram. But looks can be deceiving. This was my first time coming here and I honestly won't be back. I came to my appointment, that I made online, ON TIME at 4:30. I was told to pick out my color and I wanted regular nail polish. First, they don't have a good variety of regular nail polish colors but they have a lot of gel colors. Next I sat and waited for my nail tech to be done, but then I noticed that she basically had just started the client who was in her seat. I had like no choice to wait because everyone else was busy. It's now 5:15 and I'm pissed. Finally someone finishes and offers to take me and I accept because at this point I'm desperate. When she's done my nails are just ok and she cut me several times. She also made no effort to talk to me at all. And no one apologized for not taking me at my appointed time which I thought was extremely unprofessional. But I still went to pay and they apparently charge for the nail shape you get also which is absurd. Needless to say, I won't be back here. read more

I went for the first time last weekend for a pedicure (which was the best I've had in a long time of not ever). I enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to go and do our finger nails. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, the cleanliness, style and polish also to make sure that the whole life of the nail would be better, not just this time. I love getting pedicures from dreams nail lounge. Definitely recommend it to all. You get your own personal tools in a sterilized pouch and a new packet of files which only get used on you and then they are discarded! They also line the pedicure bowl with and plastic lining to keep it as clean and sanitized as possible! Mind blown! Any way it's honestly the best place ever. read more

On March 16th I went into there shop to get a full set and Pedi done. I am very satisfy with my Pedi but not my full set. I originally was getting a full set with gel polish but the nail tech convince to try out the color Acrylic (which you call a Baby Boomer) out. She assured me that I was able to get it refilled without taking the whole set off when getting a new color. After she finished, it looked a little bumpy and some were thick and some were thin. On March 25th, 3 of my nails broke in half which were the thin ones. I couldn't go to the shop because it was closed on a Sunday so I decided to go to another nail shop to get it fixed and change the color while I was there. The nail tech informed me that I was not able to get a new color unless I remove all the nails and put in a new set. She said the acrylic colors are not meant to be changed very often if I like changing colors. So not only I spend 55 dollars at this shop for one week of nails but had to dish out another 50 dollars to remove my nails and have them redone again. If I knew it was not possible to change my nails at all without removing them I would have never done it. The nail tech that I had seems to need more training doing full set nails and should probably stick with doing Mani and Pedi for now. I should have been given to someone who knows what they doing especially since I am spending a lot of money and my first time there. I wasn't going to write a review because I emailed them but since no one got back to me maybe I get my point out this way. The work was done poorly and not very truthful. What a shame because the shop is nice. read more
