I'm from Everett but work in Saugus now so I wanted to find a spot near my job. I got there and it's a small nail salon but very clean and welcoming, I waiting for about 10 minutes and met with Tracy. I was going for a specific square shape and got exactly that, she asked me what I wanted and checked in to see if I liked it as she did it. Tracy was funny and welcoming as well as the other staff. The owner asked for my number and name for future visits and I gave her that. Exactly what I asked for! And they've got themselves a new customer! Super clean job. read more

I have been going to this salon for a few months now. I was really impressed with the work when I first started going. The pedicures are great here however the nails are always 80/100. I started with the dip polish to lengthen my nails, it started great and gave me length but the more I went the more disappointed I was in the work. I had groves in the nails but I was able to brush it off no biggie. It always seemed it would take a while over 1 1/2 to do my nails(natural) which seems like a while to me. My last straw was 12/5/23 I went in the salon deciding I want a Christmas design. I NEVER do designs but I figured why not. The results I got was absolutely unexceptable and I advised Linnie and it was put on me like I was crazy. The design looked like a toddler did it and I was so upset if they couldn't do it they should have said something or gave me someone who could. No apologizes and when I still gave my nail tech still above a 20% tip she says "thanks" again no apologies. No apology from Linnie either the one who came over and seems to be "in charge". I believe her sister owns the salon. I was there for 1hr 45 minutes before she messed up my nails, and I told them I'm not staying another 30 minutes to fix my nails I ended up going down the street to another salon in Saugus and had them redo my snowflake design. I will not be going back to this salon even if it is 5 minutes from my house. read more

Updated: So bummed, LOVED this place for a long time and then one day my regular nail tech wasn't available and I had to go to someone else. She claimed she couldn't t take all of my old polish off my toes (in 20 years this has never happened that they didn't use the proper tools, or put in any effort to remove the polish completely) so what they did is they left it there and painted over it. The issue was it took 3 months for it to finally disappear while my nails grew. I went to another salon who took the new polish off exposing the still older polish and I let my nails just grow it out. That was the last time I went. While there I even questioned why they couldn't take the polish off. No one I've mentioned this to ever heard of that happening. It's a shame I loved my pedicures there. read more

I had a great experience at Lovejoy nails They were very nice. I have a boot on my leg and they even found me a stall to put my foot up with which was an extra kindness I wasn't expecting. I finally tried this place two weeks ago on a Sunday and had Sarah do my nails and completely fell in love with them. I recently started doing dip and she took her time with filing me a new shape and suggested colors. She was easy to talk to and the salon itself is really cute and very clean. I love that they're open on Sundays too. I'm going tomorrow for my next appointment and could probably wait another week or so but I have a 6 month old baby and life is just not as predictable lol! I have been coming to Linnie and Love Joy Nails for just about a year now but I feel that I have to write a review because this is the best nail salon in the area! I live in Boston and I have tried multiple nail salons in the city (north end, back bay, west end, prudential and southie) and this is the only place that I truly trust to do my nails. Not only is this salon so clean but everyone that works here is so kind, patient and takes their time while caring for you. Not to mention my dip nails last 3 weeks or longer which has not happened at a single other salon I've been to. I should start with saying do NOT go here, I got a gel manicure and pedicure that I spent over $70 on for it to not only look very poor and messy around the cuticle but for it to start peeling off less than a week later. I called them and they said they would fix them. Only for me to come in and they tell me it will be $15 to fix it with the same girl that did them wrong and messy in the first place. I been going to love joy nails for over a year now. I thought I truly found the perfect place. I also have all my girlfriends going to her now too. Few days before the holiday Lynn did my nails new set white tips on the second day my nails yellowed I called for her to repaint them. I had a three o'clock appointment yes I showed up very early did not think that was a problem she made a horrible comment to her client sitting in her chair about me being early I was heartbroken that she just embarrassed me I walked out and left. And I will never return again how dare she do that to a very good customer she did a horrible job it needed to be fixed I hope people stop going to her shame on her for her manners read more

Linnie did an amazing job on my nails!! This was by far the best experience at a nail salon I've ever had. I am defiantly going back!!

I recently moved to Saugus and wanted to try somewhere near me. I made an appointment for four, but came a little earlier and they were able to accommodate me. I came for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. I have been getting gel pedicures for a couple of years now and generally I always have my pedicure first and they wrap your toenails the same way as they wrap your fingers. Not here. They had me put my feet in bowls of acetone which causes you to have to sit awkwardly for the duration of your manicure because you have to basically point your toes into the bowl so the acetone covers your toenails. The woman who did my nails cut my finger when she was filing them as she was filing them too hard. Dip powder should last a good solid three weeks, but a week and a half in mine have already chipped. If it weren't for the good color selection I would have given this place one star. read more

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and professional, and they offer all services, got some matte burgundy nails done with acrylic and gel for $35. I have now been here for lash extensions and for the dip powder manicure and I can absolutely say that I love this place! The girl who does lashes, Rosie, is cute as can be and is truly gifted at what she does. She's also very knowledgeable and advises you how to clean and care for them as well as what look she thinks will go best for you. I came in with a previous techs work and she fixed the hot mess with the gentlest and most thorough care. I finally have the lashes I've been wanting and feel confident they're not wrecking my natural lashes underneath. I also went for the dip powder manicure and the girl who did my nails, Linnie, was very sweet and did a nice job, putting gel over to ensure that my nails wouldn't get wrecked at work. I also love that this place is insanely clean, you can book online and they are super sanitary with the tools used. I was seeing Kimmy (aka Rosie) for eyelash extensions for about 5 months. She was very sweet and accommodating, however, my eyelashes constantly fell out prematurely. The real issue is her scheduling of appointments and communication with clients. I needed an appointment for a two week fill, yet she had no availability for over a month. From there, she started texting me that she has bills to pay and can't keep her entire schedule open for me. She has done this with a number of my friends who were also clients. So inappropriate and disrespectful. I would advise everyone NOT to go here. Also, had to pay a high price when finding a new lash artist, as they had to undo a lot of the damage that Kimmy (Rosie) created. read more

This place is amazing. It is so clean and nice inside, and the workers are lovely. Before, my gel nails would chip or my nails would break very quickly. I've had my gel nails that I got done here for about four weeks now! And they look great still! I am so satisfied.
