I usually drive an hour to the south shore to my regular nail tech who's been my favorite for years. I decided it would be worth trying a closer option now that I live on the north shore and to be honest, I'm sort of picky, but the reviews here were fantastic so I decided it was worth a shot. WOW, my expectations were exceeded. Don has done my nails each time and does an amazing job. His memory is awesome and he knows exactly how I like my nails, which ones need special attention, and random things I've mentioned about my family. The salon is not the fanciest place I've ever been, but I don't need that - I need a quality experience that allows me to leave with perfect nails. He pays great attention to the work and as everyone has already mentioned, his wife is also very sweet. I feel terrible that my regular nail tech just lost a customer, but I'm so happy to have an option that's closer to my house that offers a great experience. read more

I'm very grateful for them taking me last minute right before a holiday. Don is so good at his job! Very welcoming environment and I enjoyed his conversations my nails looked great I strongly recommend this place. read more

Diamond Nail Salon & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Saugus, Massachusetts

I've cheated on Tina in the past with different nail techs and i always end up disappointed in myself. This place is an absolute gem in saugus. No one else can compare to the amount of care the staff puts into their work. Every time i'm getting my nails done, i always see customers coming in and Tina or her partner automatically know them. That warms my heart. My current favorite service is the hard liquid gel. As a person who has extremely weak nails, I've had a difficult time growing my nails to be strong. I used to get dip powder because i noticed my nail growing, however, I couldn't keep the nails long because of how thin they were. Just recently, Tina recommended the hard liquid gel, and i love it. When i came back(4 weeks after because i wanted a new color), i noticed my nails felt stronger than ever once she soaked off the gel. Nothing compared to how they felt with dip powder. It's liquid magic lol. I will attach some photos of Tina's most recent work on my hands. I currently have the mod about you, look at that growth read more

Tina does great work but my goodness does her husband make it PAIN to ever want to come back here. He is given the benefit of the doubt and proves to be the rudest person ever every time. He'll often say things like "I don't have time for this" "hurry up I don't have all day" or "I have things to do" to name a few. Clients are often thrown to be serviced by him which is not what we previously agreed to. He's so unpleasant. He's rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I VERY quickly remembered why I stopped coming here. Had to walk right out. read more

Great job! Small place, but Tina is excellent. I got an acrylic fill on a set that was done elsewhere that looked bad. She fixed them right up and made my nails look perfect!! She even took a few dollars off my bill because she had accidentally double booked so I had to wait a while. Great place! read more

2 weeks ago was my first time going here . I told Tina what happened to me 2 weeks before, how I had a full set of Gel Nails done , it was this place in Somerville, it was a man that did my nails & they came out horrible !! So Tina said to me, since it was my first time going there to please let her know if I don't like how my nails came out, to let her know. She had said to me , she would want me to be happy with how she did my nails . Tina is a really nice woman & I went back today to have my fill done & she did a amazing job !! I also got a Pedicure done by Wendy , she was very friendly & professional with me . She did a amazing job on my pedicure & did exactly what I was looking for . I will be returning in another 2 weeks for my fill . This is my New place to go to & it's a hidden gem & I'm happy I found this place, Diamond Nails in Saugus is worth it !! Rita read more

I got a gift card here for Christmas from a friend and it took me 6 months to use because every time I went in or called they were busy. I finally found time to come in with my girlfriend and they could only do one of us at a time which is fine. So I asked if while waiting I could sit in the pedicure chair next to her and get a massage in the chair. The cheap women told me no I couldn't because I was only getting a manicure. I had a gift card so I stayed after she was rude to me. Then she continued to be rude the entire visit. I asked for a deluxe manicure (to use up the gift card so I wouldn't have to come back) and she huffed and puffed! I would have walked out right then and there but I have a stupid gift card I need to use! I would NEVER return here even with a gift card! So rude & it smelled like chemicals! They even continued to be rude to people who walked in after me... Do yourself a favor and choose another location to get your nails done! read more

Tina and Don are amazing!! This is my second time visiting since I don't do my nails that often. Very clean and relaxing and they both take their time doing your nails. Prices are fabulous as well. I will definitely only be coming here to get my nails done! Give them a try! You won't be disappointed 5 stars read more

Tina is the absolute best! I have been to most of the nail salons in the area and in the Northshore, and I haven't found anyone better than Tina for my Dip Manicure! She is meticulous, careful, and a joy to talk to! My nails last for almost a month every single time. Thank you, Tina!! read more

Diamond Nail Salon & Spa - Love them!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Saugus, Massachusetts

This nail salon is awesome! For a new set of acrylics it only cost me 23$, which is very cheap for the area. Not only that but the man who did my nails was very thorough and a perfectionist . He actually was completely DONE with my nails and was going to paint my left hand when he noticed one of my nails was crooked on my right hand. He completely redid the finger without me asking and stayed past closing time to make sure my nails dried perfectly. I actually came back the next day with a cash tip (they don't do tip with card) read more

My mom and I went to get our nails done by appointment they took my mom right away I waited about 15 min (that's why I gave 4 stars) she had to do someones eyebrows before she did my nails. My mom got a full set $31 with 2 designs and gel top coat. I got shellac with 2 designs $28. Tina did my nails and Don did my moms. Tina did my moms design though. They both did a great job. They we're very nice and the place was clean including the bathroom. We both love the way our nails came out. We will definitely be back. On street parking. read more

I read the other Yelpers reviews and seen how many stars An decided to give it a chance. I was skeptical how could it be that perfect but was curious of the Gel Pedicure since I never had one. Boy was I happy I took a chance!! This place was AMAZING!! I called ahead made my appointment was 2 minutes late but Don waited for me and greeted me with a great smile. I had the Lavender Pedicure. WOW THE smell was GREAT the feel was GREAT the Pedicure was so well worth the beyond reasonable price I was shocked. And I also had a manicure. I wish I found this place sooner I leave in five days to Florida will not be back until next year. I definitely will be back. This place has 3 Pedicure stations. 4 manicure stations and 3 people on staff while I was here. Take a chance with this place you will love it. Happy Pedi read more

Don and Tina are amazing and run an awesome business. They do a great job, paying attention to the details and take their time on every service you get. The prices are very reasonable also. The salon is extremely clean and the massage chairs for the pedicures are very comfortable. I highly recommend this salon, but be sure to make an appointment ahead of time as it is often very very busy! read more

I liked this place a lot. Went a while back when I had a special of some kind, and am planning to go back in a week or two. Recommend.

Absolutely love this place. I have my nails and pedicures done here every other week.

I've followed Don and Tina from their last salon. They are FANTASTIC. They have such attention to detail, and are just overall amazing. I get acrylic and have been asked if my nails are real multiple times because Tina and Don make sure the acrylic isn't overly thick and fake looking. Love them! read more

Service is going down hill. Made an appointment as I wanted Tina to do my nails. When I arrived I was asked if I would see someone else so that Tina could take a different client. If I wanted someone else I would not have requested Tina!! This is not the first time this has happened. Since I would not agree to see someone else Tina purposely nicked my nails several times to the point that now my nails are splitting and my polish did not even last 24 hours!! Very vindictive. I have been a customers for years, but will now find a new salon. So disappointed. read more

Went here for the first time and had Tina. She is so sweet! She also takes her time and does a fantastic job. She really pats attention to detail. I also noticed that they wash out the pedicure sink after each client, which not every shop does. I'll be going back! read more

I've read the yelp reviews and was told by a co-worker to come here and I've got to say the price was unbeatable! For a mani and pedi it was $48 this is the lowest price I've been able to find for gel shellac. The two owners Tina and Don are super funny, very patient and take their time doing your nails. However this time I was unable to get either of them. The woman who did my nails could not speak English, and she was very hard on my cuticles thankfully she did not cut them. She seemed to go a little bit fast as though if being rushed so I would advise to schedule an appointment with either Tina or Don. Also, I called at 3pm to make an appointment at 5:45pm on the same day, they took me the moment I walked thru the door. You can pay with a debit or credit card but there's a sign stating that cash is preferred. One last thing, a mani pedi French tip is $58. I'll be sure to get that next time. read more

First time here and had a great experience. Finally found a nearby nail salon that I like.

I found Diamond Nails on yelp! and am so glad I did. I had my first appointment this past Wednesday with Don. I walked in and even though I had never been there before, I was welcomed with a "Hello Kelli, please pick your color". I had explained the dress I was wearing for the wedding and Don helped me pick a complimenting color as I was struggling to get it right. He did my nails first and when he was working on them you could see his attention to detail by making sure every inch of my nail was colored perfectly. Then he moved me over to the pedicure chair and had the same attention to detail as he did with my finger nails. I suffer from ingrown toenails and I have never had my toes feel so good as he was able to get them out. He also explained to me ways to keep them at bay. We had great conversation the whole time he worked on me. I will certainly be a regular customer. Give Diamond Nails a try and I'm sure you will be satisfied. read more
