I went here to have my Hybrid lashes refilled on 11/15/2025 and paid $120 for a refill and within 4 days of getting them refilled, ALL of my lashes fell out. Ironically while I was at the salon another customer came in extremely upset that ALL her lashes fell out within a week as well. I thought nothing of it until mine did the exact same thing. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning here. I DO NOT recommend this place. Lash extensions should last 2 plus weeks at the very least, NOT 4 days. This place has had more negative reviews than positive over the last year. Save yourself the headache and disappointment. There is a reason appointment availability is abundant.

They were very natural looking, but a friend who has lashes done every two weeks said the lashes were not mink. Still, I was happy with the results and it was a great deal. Jacquelyn was good about letting me know the length of the lashes for future reference, but I only had the lashes done for an event so I didn't go for refills. It was done very fast and it lasted about 2 weeks which is great. The problem I had was afterwards. I don't know if she uses a constant contact system, but I've been receiving texts from her even though it has been a year since my appointment. Last month, I replied to one of her texts that I would like her to remove me from her contact list. Today, I received a text asking about my appointment tomorrow which, obviously, I know nothing about. I understand tone can be inferred in text messages, but once I told her I did not have an appointment she said, "well you're the one who made the appointment not me" and said I was rude. I didn't think that was necessary and it most definitely shows lack of professionalism when dealing with past and/or potential clients.

ok i don't know why the reviews are mostly good i guess these people picking favorites. me and my friend came to get our nails done here and mind you this was her first time coming here and they still didn't do a good job, this lady does not know how to file. my friend had cuts on her fingers from the nail file and when she was telling her that she was getting hurt she tried to make it seem like it was my friends fault, then this bald headed ass man comes along talking about "don't talk then, cause when you talk you move"when no one was literally even talking ! then there were fruit flies flying around lading on our hands and faces.then my friend picked out a glitter that was lighter and she told her that she was sure that she wanted the one she picked out and the lady still picked a different glitter i suggest you not come here if you're not trying to get cut. the lady that painted her nails put 10 coats and it wasn't drying so she decided to put cold water on it and then another lady that works here was doing nails and got her dirty water and poured it on her hands and on the sink while she was washing her hands like nooo i'm sorry but what is wrong with y'all ! i'm very disgusted and Ann was very rude read more

I started going here when I moved to Revere from Randolph. I found them on yelp and am great full this. They are all so nice and very welcoming. I am very big on hospitality and customer service and everyone in this salon gets an A+!!! Vicky is my girl!!! She was the first person to do my nails when I started coming and she does and amazing job. She's so nice and she actually cares about her work. I can be very particular about my nails, especially the shape, but I know that with her I don't even need to open my mouth to say something every, because she is too! I have also noticed that every time I go back she continues to improve her craft. I have been get dip powder since I've been going here and every time she does my nails I notice that her technique changes a little and it just keeps getting better and better! I got my nails done last on Monday, I let her choose the color and she picked something I would have never picked for my self and I have been getting so many complements and I am in love with them! Absolutely love An!!! My nail technician couldn't stay in one place for long and I was tired to going to new places. Not only that I always felt like I wasn't given the appropriate time to do my nails right. My nails were always rushed because it seemed like someone "better" was coming in. After a decision to not follow my nail tech anymore, I decided to try Revive Nail and spa. I had An do my nails and she did such a great job. She was very inviting, very friendly and had an actual conversation with me. Other nail technicians in the past made me feel uncomfortable because they wouldn't talk you or spoke to others in their native language. An did my nails, did not make me feel like I was not a priority, and made me feel comfortable and had a conversation with me.. I really enjoy this place! I called Thanksgiving eve and Annie picked up and welcomed me as a new customer right away. She was able to fit me in her busy schedule just 20 min after I called.I arrived , and was greeted by everyone in the shop. Best part is Annie started right away. I got coffin shape refill and the final product look like a fresh full set. Later I decided to get my feet and eyebrows down. Again even though they were busy I was able to get everything done. Now my pedicure was everything's VAN was so generous and funny . I hate when people rush a pedicure. VAN didn't rush at all my toes needed some love and affection. He did that plus gave me a message. I have been going to Revive Nails for six months. I moved to Boston from California and find that everything is more expensive in the city so I checked out YELP and time my visits to my mother with my nail appointments. Revive Nail is set up well with the handwashing station in the front of the store and they check your temperature as you enter. The three manicurists' stations are spaced appropriately and each pedicure chair is surrounded by plastic curtains suspended from the ceiling. Ann, Vu and Vicky (my favorite!) all do excellent work. My nails are very healthy, the dip lasts forever, never lift or break and are not too thick (I hate that!). Please give this great shop a try! read more

Came as a walk in around 5pm on a Monday to treat myself and my guy to a pedicure. The shop's hours are till 7, but I could tell the staff was wrapping up, so I was a little nervous about being rushed. But I was wrong, thankfully! We had great service. I got a gel mani and my tech was really great with the nail prep -- somehow making my toes look like I could sell feet pics after all LOL. My *only* thing was I would have liked the foot scrub to last longer - I'm on my feet for work and my skin is rough in a few spots. But that's not a big deal. Both techs that serviced us - a man and a woman - were friendly and chill. I really look forward to coming back soon! read more

I've been looking for a nail salon in Revere and I'm happy I stumbled upon this little gem. I called and spoke to An and she was able to immediately squeeze me in within 20 minutes. She's such a sweet, open, bubbly person and that made me feel so comfortable as she did my nails. They came out amazing and she made sure to ask me throughout the process if I felt like everything was okay (shape, length, etc.) I'm very happy with the service I received here as a first time customer and I will be sure to book with An again. I have been going to Revive nail spa for a couple of years now and am in love. There's no other place that I have actually waited for during the busy times. I have had all types of their services and never have gone wrong because they come out so nice looking. Everyone is great there and I have Ann take care of me. LOVED ITTTT This place is really like a "hidden gem". I went a couple of days ago for the first time. The staff is so friendly, the place is spotless brand new! What I liked about the place is that unlike other salons they're against speaking Vietnamese across the room to each other which is certainly unprofessional in my opinion. Anne is always open to walk ins and does a FLAWLESS job in a quick and reasonable time! She always sparks conversations and wants the best for her clients! My cousin showed me this place 2 months ago and I'll never go anywhere else! She is always honest and doesn't just want your money! So happy I found them!!! I had just had a horrible and expensive experience at a previous salon. So to find them was an answered prayer. Brenda took off my cheap acrylic set that after 2 weeks was coming off and gave me a dip manicure that came out amazing! The attention to detail and my pedicure by Van was amazing. I have been going to An for 2 years now and it's been amazing to watch her open her own place up! It's the most upscale, clean and welcoming nail salon in the area. I love all her workers and they've all grown to know me like we've all been friends for ages! This is my personal get away place EVERY 2-3 weeks! An is wonderful. She does a great job, does whatever it takes to make you happy, and is honest about what will look good. She does an excellent dip manicure in 30 minutes and the outcome never disappoints. She listens and is always mindful of how you're doing that day. I called an hour before they were scheduled to close Ann told me she'd wait for me to arrive was greeted with a kind and friendly demeanor. They know what quality customer service is. Once sat the staff member seemed really nice, confirmed my design , confirm the color, and confirm that she could execute the design. We started at 2:15pm and unfortunately by 4pm when she started the design I noticed it did not look good and that she did not seem confident in what she was doing - only after doing my first hand, and after I interrupted her to take a look and state I did not like how it was turning out, did she say due to my color choice the design would not look like the photo. Which I believe she thought was Ai. I did have her adjust the design to something else so we can continue as I needed to get my pedicure done by her. Both services ended and by then it's was 5:15pm. So I was there for about 4hours and honestly was not satisfied with this overall experience. The staff member was kind and tried. Attached are my results , I was pretty disappointed as this was for my birthday and now my nails are not what I expected and are in pain.

Sandy is easy to talk to and does a wonderful job. The leg massage is amazing. My toes always look fantastic and it's typically easy to get my preferred appointment times when I call a day or two before I want to come in. (At least that's true for weekdays, when I usually go.) The other techs and the front desk staff are all very friendly and kind, and the salon is clean & seats are comfortable. Recently Sandy was away on a long trip and I really needed a pedi so I made an appointment with Ha, who was also GREAT.
