As a first time customer, I was not very happy with the overall experience. I called to the day prior in order to directly request for a staff member who would be able to provide a slightly difficulty design and was told that it was absolutely possible. I came in today at 1:15pm for a reservation of 1:30pm and waited 45mnts to be sat and have them start on my nails. It seemed to have been their peak hours, and I could only assume maybe they didn't not have a full staff ready at the time? Once sat the staff member seemed really nice, confirmed my design , confirm the color, and confirm that she could execute the design. We started at 2:15pm and unfortunately by 4pm when she started the design I noticed it did not look good and that she did not seem confident in what she was doing - only after doing my first hand, and after I interrupted her to take a look and state I did not like how it was turning out, did she say due to my color choice the design would not look like the photo. Which I believe she thought was Ai. I did have her adjust the design to something else so we can continue as I needed to get my pedicure done by her. Both services ended and by then it's was 5:15pm. So I was there for about 4hours and honestly was not satisfied with this overall experience. The staff member was kind and tried. My friend and I went for pedicure and I was with Tammy a week ago and not only was she late for the appointment (by 30mins which I have found that happens often with her.) She rushed through the appointment and my pedicure was a mess. Because I went with someone else they had me sit in the pedicure chair and sit in the water. It took her about 15 minutes for her to even set up and to get started once she was already late. It was just a regular pedicure with no polish but mainly for ingrown nails and an over all clean up. Halfway through the appointment, she mentioned that the pricing went up because there was a new owner. She was also bad mouthing her other employees and new owner which I thought was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I had to go to another place over the weekend again just to have them redo the pedicure. In the future, I was told to see Mia, Cindy or Ann. But unfortunately, my friend and I will not be going back. And we have been going since they first opened. read more

Well... I've been coming to Fine Art nails for a few months now, almost 6. I've always had great experience because I've stuck to the same 3 girls. The space is always clean, they use packaged utensils, bags for the pedicures, and gloves - which I appreciate! My nails always last 2-3 weeks. I usually get a refill fullset with gel and a gel pedi. I've never broken a nail while coming here!! Like I said, I've only gone to the same 3 girls, Kim and two others who's name I can't remember but they know me when they see me! Went in for a dip manicure and I got the dip but no manicure. Awful, very rushed and not a good job. Person who did my nails was Kim. She didn't even sanitize her station before taking me. She would go from me to other clients (back and fourth) and would not wash her hands. She didn't clean up my nails nor did she would on my cuticles or anything. She went right to applying nail polish and dipping my finger in the dip. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. OH and she ended up cutting me and follows by "almost done honey." Called today and made a appointment for a new full set. Showed up at the agreed upon time. First Lady Ana starts to take off my old set by ripping them off. Very painful then she says excuse me and that is the last I see of her. I sit there taking my own nails off and finally someone who works there notices and gets me some acetone to soak off what was left. Kim was finally available after 5 for my 4pm appointment. Let me say I do not blame her. She was the only one there that could do acrylics, everyone else was at a family function. Kim did a great job on my nails and apologized many times for the problems I had in the beginning. She really made up for the bad feelings I had at first. I called hours prior to book my appointment for a new full set with gel. As soon as a walk in the place is empty with two employees and I waited for about 15 minutes for my nail technician to walk in. She sat down and grabbed my hand without Introducing herself or even asking me how my day was. We sat in silence as she rushed through glueing the tips on. When she came to filing down my nails she did not look to see if they were even to my other hand making it all uneven. I had to tell the nail technician which nails to file down. When it came to nail color she had started coating on the wrong color which I realized when it was too late. Overall wouldn't recommend going there, even though it was very convenient for me I will not be returning. Good experience, I will be back again. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The massage chair for the pedicure was great. I felt like she did a good job on my calluses. The manicure was great! The woman who did it was friendly, nice to chat to, and did a great job on my nails! This salon is nice, clean, new, and tastefully decorated. I think they could have better music but that's just a preference. I also wish they put the name of the polish on the gel samples that you have to chose from. I like the names of the polish and I think they are fun. I will definitely be back to this salon, especially for a gel manicure. This salon is a great addition to Everett! 3rd time going to here to get my nails done. 1st picture is from last night. They look better then last time. She did it closer to the cuticle. The 1st time i had them done was for my wedding in November they came out nice. (Still couldve gotten closer to the cuticle.) Ive seen other nails done and they are close to the cuticle. The 2nd picture shows when i had my nails done two weeks before. They started looking like that within the 1st week of getting them done . She told me its because my nails grow quick. Sorry but if im paying to have them done i dont want them looking like its been weeks since i had my nails done. I want them to last at least the normal refill time. I went to the salon and they immediately took me in and started doing my nails. The lady was very nice to me and at first she was very gentle with my hands, soon later when she was filing my nails she was very aggressive but it wasn't that hard to just ignore it. Later than she started doing my nails following the designs and I was confident that my nails were going to turn out to be perfect I saw a couple flaws in the nails so I told the lady to fix them and she politely fix them. Over all my experience was great I recommend going I have been to multiple places and this is the best one I have been to.. but I was very questionable about the pricing because I called and they said that the price for acrylic gel nails was $45 and when I was charged the lady said that the price was going to be $58. read more

Went here to take off arcylics. The lady took a plastic nail tip and filed all my nails out instead of soaking. The entire time im telling her im in pain and she still continues. My pedicure experience was ok but since I said no to the spa pedicure she then rushed through my service. I hadn't gotten a pedicure in a while so the fact that she rushed to get to painting just ruined the experience. When I got to the other older woman who did my full set I asked her for French coffin . She waiting till after she was done shaping at the end to then tell me she doesn't do French she'll do something "better". I'm like ok .. she tries one of the nails to show me it's the simplest thing ever I'm like whatever I've been here too long . So I noticed she used gel base coat then regular polish nail art for the tip of the design.. then gel again which is strange if she's charging Me extra for gel. The tip of the design was messy I had to ask her to fix a couple of them that didn't look right and she had an attitude. Then when she's done and charges me she said it's the same price as French... I'm like how does that make sense if you didn't do. What I asked? Then she responds well I can still do French but it won't look pretty with coffin shape. I've gotten coffin French many times before and it looks great so for her to tell me she doesn't do it then it won't look pretty to avoid doing it then offering it to me after my service was frustrating after I had been there for so long. Then I just paid and left because she was not even worth arguing with. I was not happy at all with my service . The shape was not even correct it was bumpy from not applying enough product and the design was messy when I wanted a simple full set French coffin. read more

Terrible, inconsistent service, rude workers who only care about getting you in the chair then getting you out so they can mess up more customers nails. Unsanitary and dont be surprised if you get cut by the drill. Im done with businesses like this, and normally wouldnt have written a review like this. Honestly, I'm not someone so uptight about nail salons. I like to give everyone a try although I usually have someone I go to. But this place was by far the worst place I've ever been to. I was a walk in and the first person that did my toes was very nice although she did a terrible nail polish job. It looked like the polish was poured onto my toes. I figured whatever I'll just fix it when I get home. Then I was getting a set of nails. Nothing crazy. I just wanted normal nail polish. I could see how my nails were ending up as the second lady was finishing and I asked her to file it down so they all look the same. At least since the nails were all bumpy. She went through it quick which was still not even enough but I let it go. Then she took out the gel nail polish and I said to her I wanted normal polish. She then called over the other lady yelling in her language and brought over the regular polish and rushed through the painting job all mad and pushed me out. I've been told to go see Kim or Ana I think in the past but this was just a disaster. I don't think I'll be going back. read more
