My friend and I went for pedicure and I was with Tammy a week ago and not only was she late for the appointment (by 30mins which I have found that happens often with her.) She rushed through the appointment and my pedicure was a mess. Because I went with someone else they had me sit in the pedicure chair and sit in the water. It took her about 15 minutes for her to even set up and to get started once she was already late. It was just a regular pedicure with no polish but mainly for ingrown nails and an over all clean up. Halfway through the appointment, she mentioned that the pricing went up because there was a new owner. She was also bad mouthing her other employees and new owner which I thought was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I had to go to another place over the weekend again just to have them redo the pedicure. In the future, I was told to see Mia, Cindy or Ann. But unfortunately, my friend and I will not be going back. Very painful then she says excuse me and that is the last I see of her. I sit there taking my own nails off and finally someone who works there notices and gets me some acetone to soak off what was left. Kim was finally available after 5 for my 4pm appointment. Let me say I do not blame her. She was the only one there that could do acrylics, everyone else was at a family function. Well... I've been coming to Fine Art nails for a few months now, almost 6. I've always had great experience because I've stuck to the same 3 girls. The space is always clean, they use packaged utensils, bags for the pedicures, and gloves - which I appreciate! My nails always last 2-3 weeks. I usually get a refill fullset with gel and a gel pedi. I've never broken a nail while coming here!! Like I said, I've only gone to the same 3 girls, Kim and two others who's name I can't remember but they know me when they see me! I called hours prior to book my appointment for a new full set with gel. As soon as a walk in the place is empty with two employees and I waited for about 15 minutes for my nail technician to walk in. She sat down and grabbed my hand without Introducing herself or even asking me how my day was. We sat in silence as she rushed through glueing the tips on. When she came to filing down my nails she did not look to see if they were even to my other hand making it all uneven. I had to tell the nail technician which nails to file down. When it came to nail color she had started coating on the wrong color which I realized when it was too late. Overall wouldn't recommend going there, even though it was very convenient for me I will not be returning. Good experience, I will be back again. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The massage chair for the pedicure was great. I felt like she did a good job on my calluses. The manicure was great! The woman who did it was friendly, nice to chat to, and did a great job on my nails! This salon is nice, clean, new, and tastefully decorated. I think they could have better music but that's just a preference. I also wish they put the name of the polish on the gel samples that you have to chose from. I like the names of the polish and I think they are fun. I will definitely be back to this salon, especially for a gel manicure. This salon is a great addition to Everett! The 1st time i had them done was for my wedding in November they came out nice. (Still couldve gotten closer to the cuticle.) Ive seen other nails done and they are close to the cuticle. The 2nd picture shows when i had my nails done two weeks before. They started looking like that within the 1st week of getting them done . She told me its because my nails grow quick. The lady was very nice to me and at first she was very gentle with my hands, soon later when she was filing my nails she was very aggressive but it wasn't that hard to just ignore it. Later than she started doing my nails following the designs and I was confident that my nails were going to turn out to be perfect I saw a couple flaws in the nails so I told the lady to fix them and she politely fix them. Over all my experience was great I recommend going I have been to multiple places and this is the best one I have been to.. but I was very questionable about the pricing because I called and they said that the price for acrylic gel nails was $45 and when I was charged the lady said that the price was going to be $58. read more

My pedicure experience was ok but since I said no to the spa pedicure she then rushed through my service. When I got to the other older woman who did my full set I asked her for French coffin . She waiting till after she was done shaping at the end to then tell me she doesn't do French she'll do something "better". I'm like ok .. she tries one of the nails to show me it's the simplest thing ever I'm like whatever I've been here too long . So I noticed she used gel base coat then regular polish nail art for the tip of the design.. then gel again which is strange if she's charging Me extra for gel. The tip of the design was messy I had to ask her to fix a couple of them that didn't look right and she had an attitude. Then when she's done and charges me she said it's the same price as French... I'm like how does that make sense if you didn't do. What I asked? Then she responds well I can still do French but it won't look pretty with coffin shape. I've gotten coffin French many times before and it looks great so for her to tell me she doesn't do it then it won't look pretty to avoid doing it then offering it to me after my service was frustrating after I had been there for so long. Then I just paid and left because she was not even worth arguing with. I was not happy at all with my service . The shape was not even correct it was bumpy from not applying enough product and the design was messy when I wanted a simple full set French coffin. read more

Honestly, I'm not someone so uptight about nail salons. I like to give everyone a try although I usually have someone I go to. But this place was by far the worst place I've ever been to. I was a walk in and the first person that did my toes was very nice although she did a terrible nail polish job. It looked like the polish was poured onto my toes. I figured whatever I'll just fix it when I get home. Then I was getting a set of nails. Nothing crazy. I just wanted normal nail polish. I could see how my nails were ending up as the second lady was finishing and I asked her to file it down so they all look the same. At least since the nails were all bumpy. She went through it quick which was still not even enough but I let it go. Then she took out the gel nail polish and I said to her I wanted normal polish. She then called over the other lady yelling in her language and brought over the regular polish and rushed through the painting job all mad and pushed me out. This nail salon has to be the filthiest salon I have ever walked into. The technicians do not clean their workstations between clients, and the water that they put my hand in had junk floating in it. I ended up finishing getting my manicure and two days later every single nail with gel polishOn it came off in one piece.
