The environment is very clean and has feminine energy (pink, gold color schema). I've jumped around from lash artist to lash artist, but have finally found my go-to in Winn. I've trusted him with my lashes for over 3 years! Whenever I need my lashes done, I try my best to plan my schedule around his schedule. As for the service that I choose, I don't have that many lashes IRL so go with hybrid extensions. They last about 4 weeks for me.

I am quite sad to say that EVERY last one of the lash extensions have fallen out by day 14. I have gotten lash extensions before in Japan, where retention was for 62 days. I don't know if the issue is with the prep process, the glue used, technique, or federal regulations, but I cannot justify having paid over $100 for 2 weeks of wear. To be fair, this is the first time I've gotten lashes done in the US so maybe this is commonplace. But, I can't commit to returning for fills every 2 weeks for $100 per session, when the lashes would basically be in need of an entirely new set by that point.

Me not knowing anything about hair. It took her word for it. That was the worst advice ever. I went in to see her in January of 2025 for a touch up. And this is where disasters started !! She told me it would be $200., If she bought the product as she was struggling to find the product. However, I found the product easily and I ended up buying the product which was $85 out of my pocket and I was still charged the $200. So basically, I paid $285. My hair was so extremely over processed, she allowed her non licensed assistant who does not know how to do a rperm to take the primary in doing my curly perm, which a perm in general is a very delicate process. I reached out to Mabell multiple times I sent her various photos and videos of my hair, showing the damage and the breakage and the fish hooks. It truly broke my heart that she offered me no solution. Or even responded. I am now going to another hairdresser. Who's helping me repair my hair. I just want accountability. This is a woman that has been doing my hair 4 years. I've been working on growing my hair for several years now., especially losing my hair after being put on cancer medication's, I've been growing it steadily for the past four years and now I have to start that journey over again. And I couldn't get as much as a text message. She left me on read multiple times. I'm deeply disappointed because up until this point we've had a really good relationship. Not to mention, my hair is in shambles, and I am forced to wear braids Which I normally don't do! The whole point of the curly perm was for me to wear my natural hair more and manage it more easily. (3) Finally, after 2 years, the micro-bladed eyebrows had faded and left orange dye where her microblading had been.
