I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life. I have heard stories of people going through a similar situation but I never thought I'd find myself dealing with this. I had never gotten lashes done before, and wanted to get them done for a vacation coming up, so I looked at different reviews and landed on this place. I noticed that there was a Groupon for this location, so I went ahead and purchased it and booked my appointment online. This was over 2 weeks ago. My appointment was supposed to be TOMORROW and she texted me TODAY to tell me she needs to go to the RMV and needs to cancel my appointment. No problem! I'm not unreasonable! Things happen and I thought to myself "she must really need to cancel if she's doing it the day before my appointment" I didn't care if I needed to be flexible, I just wanted it done before my vacation. So she tells me she can't accommodate me until September! So you're telling me you cancel the day before my appointment then tell me you can't accommodate me until September? That is the most unprofessional and ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. Please take your money somewhere else. This just shows how much she doesn't care for her customers. Would she have done this if it wasn't a Groupon purchase? I don't know. All I know is because I purchased a Groupon I was planning on tipping her VERY WELL. Guess she missed out on that and any future business from me and everyone I know. Side note: Online it states she's available starting September 5th, not 10th. I was honestly suoer lucky to have found Marta, she is AMAZING!!!! From the beginning, she made me feel comfortable and 100 percent confident in her abilities. She was meticulous in her plan and application of both my lip procedure and my lashes! Her space is immaculate and conveniently located. She explained every part of the procedure to me and made sure that I was a part of the process but I knew I was in good hands with her recommendations. Getting my lips tattooed was scary admittedly, and I am very tattooed but she ensured I was comfortable and numb (even though sometimes I'm stubborn and say I'm fine! Lol) the results are BEAUTIFUL already and I'm not yet fully healed. Also, I was a lash virgin and Marta made me a believer! She even said maybe I wouldn't like the upkeep which is what I was thinking too, but now I am ADDICTED! I cannot speak to the quality of the services, but I purchased a Groupon for lash extensions. She canceled my appointment due to a snow storm (totally valid!) but then the voucher was beyond its exp date. She said they are phasing out lash extensions as a service, so I asked if I could apply the amount to another service. She said she would not honor my Groupon since I "bought service from them not her". She was rude and now I've spent $60 for a service at this business that I cannot use and it is wasted. read more

The only little thing I wish I did was asking her the features of the extension like length or thickness, because the extension turned out a bit more dramatic than I intended.
