First of all, it's awesome that you can text ahead to check availability for walk in appointments. After hearing that they were taking walkins till 5pm, I headed over. There was very little wait time. Inside was nice, cool, & comfortable, with a couch for those waiting. You need to bring a face mask to wear inside, which was easy to put on when I got to the door. She is so sweet and literally made hair grow in places I needed them to grow in my eyebrow - i had a few bald spots due to poor eyebrow threading before meeting her. She seriously makes you feel super comfortable and at home - she also offers powder for the brows (which i would buy if i were you) she fits them according to your appropriate eyebrow color and thats all i use! Came here for eyebrow threading. I don't have any particular person I recommend, because they're all great here! They are quick, receptive, and kind- not to mention they do a fantastic job. It's a bit expensive, but fairly standard pricing for eyebrow threading in the Boston area (but some things, like $10 for an upper lip threading, is a bit ridiculously high in my opinion). She is so attentive and incredibly skilled - I needed to reshape my brows but wasn't sure how much i needed taken off and she was able to figure out what I wanted based on a few questions. She's really careful with threading and makes sure not to pull on the eye / be too harsh with the thread. She's also really friendly and makes the experience welcoming.
