That's how huge of an advocate I am! The environment is very clean and has feminine energy (pink, gold color schema). I've jumped around from lash artist to lash artist, but have finally found my go-to in Winn. I've trusted him with my lashes for over 3 years! Whenever I need my lashes done, I try my best to plan my schedule around his schedule. As for the service that I choose, I don't have that many lashes IRL so go with hybrid extensions. Easy to make an appointment, cute and very hygienic atmosphere with lots of qualified lash technicians. The lashes came out beautifully. I am quite sad to say that EVERY last one of the lash extensions have fallen out by day 14. I have gotten lash extensions before in Japan, where retention was for 62 days. I don't know if the issue is with the prep process, the glue used, technique, or federal regulations, but I cannot justify having paid over $100 for 2 weeks of wear. To be fair, this is the first time I've gotten lashes done in the US so maybe this is commonplace. But, I can't commit to returning for fills every 2 weeks for $100 per session, when the lashes would basically be in need of an entirely new set by that point. read more

I got my brows laminated and they burned off!!! They were SO over processed - they were crunchy and hard afterwards, which I later found out should not happen. I called the business that night because I sensed something was off and asked why my brows felt so dry and crusty, like they had a ton of gel fusing them into a hard clump. Apparently that only applies to certain technicians, because they charged me $150 to book with the only tech that was available on the day I wanted and told me at the time I checked out that there's a small upcharge". Apparently If someone's been there longer you get upcharged! And I'm sorry but an extra 50% charge is anything but small. Some "special". This was very deceptive / scammy marketing ... not ok. I also had to walk up 4 flights of stairs because the elevator in the building was out. Definitely not handicap friendly. My lashes also didn't really come out the way I asked them to/different than the photo on their site. Leaving disappointed with this experience and won't be back. More transparency / honesty about the pricing would have been the appropriate move. Hate when businesses are scammy like this. read more

The last time I got the eyelash extension from Winn it was the best pair I got. He listened to my request doing the consultation time to make sure he fully understood what I want. I didn't seem to have a similar experience as other reviewers who had booked with Tina or Isabella so if I want to try my luck again after trying to grow my lashes I may try to book with them. I was a little nervous since it was my first time doing it and ended up being the one to initiate most of the chatter to help me understand more. From start to finish, both the lift and tint took about 50min. Agree with one of the previous reviewer about results. I have short lashes and wanted to see what effect I might get from the lift and tint. Liliana confirmed that my lashes were short babies. So, no miracles tonight. If I had long lashes to begin with then I would probably do it again since it looks like the hairs look to be curled nicely. But I don't have lashes... so I won't. Tint didn't seem to make a difference on the look of my black hairs. As a best case scenario, I was hoping that I could get to the look of one coat of mascara but that didn't happen. Looking forward to 48hrs later when I can put mascara on and see if there's a noticeable difference. Will update if so. Price seemed reasonable compared to other places I've found on yelp. They seem to have a lot of positive reviews for lash extensions but wow... my lash lift was absolutely terrible. My lashes curled in all different directions. I even had one that was wavy and some curled straight up. A few near my lash line were pin straight. While Hannah, the person who did my lash lift, was nice and professional, she seemed extremely inexperienced. Yesterday 7/31/17 I got a refill on the 3D extensions and I have severe pink eye. My eyes are even swollen underneath.
