Pretty nice place and close to home. Was trying somewhere new and quicker place to get some pedicure and found this place. It's a 6 mins drive from where I live. I went early but people were already there. There was parking space within the area so I didn't have to find a spot on the streets. The lady who did my nails was nice and she cleaned my toes pretty well. Prices are average I guess. Pretty much reasonable for most prices around this time. From a distance, my nails look great. The place took a serious effort to socially distance the staff which is difficult in a nail salon. However, my technician did not soak my hands or feet before pushing my cuticles. Not only did it hurt while happening, it cut my cuticles and stung intensely when the solvent for the dip powder was put on. She cut my pinky open when filing my nails (shown in photo) and I left with a hang nail on my thumb. When I said it looked as though the dip was lifting off my nails already, she informed me I was wrong. Not confident in how long these nails will last. This place is a gem. I was around the area so I called this place what they quoted me on the phone is exactly what I payed. They took me 10 minutes from when I called. I got a acrylic toe with regular paint. And an acrylic nail refill with gel. I am 1000% satisfied With my service. The gentleman that did my nails was very thorough and took his time. My acrylic nails both on my hand and feet are perfectly even. And the services was very reasonable in cost. I recommend 1000%. read more

The level of customer service does not dwindle as you keep going, it keeps getting better. I was searching for a place on yelp for about an hour before i found a couple reviews on Nail Pro in Revere. My experience was very plesant. I called ahead to make an appointment, since it was a rainy sunday i figured it would be packed. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and curtious. My appointment was made for 2:30 and i arrived around that time. It was very clean, and busy. There were at least 8 customers there, who were chatting to eachother and to the nail technitions. Luckily I was given Jenny (who another person wrote down as their favorite) she gave me the best pedicure of my life! A nice long massage that helped get rid of all the stress ive been carrying around in my arches. I got a french pedicure and it was absolutely perfect! Kevin did my fill and it came out great! They take their time and i didnt feel rushed or anything (despite a few ladies who were waiting) The bathrooms were clean, and they had a great color selection! Based of the reviews, I went 1 month ago and had a good enough experienceI called ahead and made an appointment for pedicure and gel nails. I was attended quickly and the prices were great. Thes second time I did not call ahead and I waited for while, got sat down to do my pedicure and then waited a while to get nails done. If going, make sure to make appointment!!! Overall, The pedicure was very relaxing and was very well done. The gel nails, I'm not so sure of. They are supposed to be done with UV light but at no point did they use UV light. I made sure to express that I wanted gel nails and they said , "Yes, yes". Well no UV light was used, so I assume they do it differently. 2 weeks later, since I had french design, I notice that the edges are lifting. Well I guess that goes with the price. read more

Went back because my first experience was good and they're comparatively inexpensive. I got another full set of acrylics, but they began lifting after a week and by day 10, one just fell right off. I'm very careful and wear rubber gloves when doing dishes, cleaning, etc. I've never had a set just literally fall right off. Also, they used rusty nail clippers to cut my natural nails that I'm 99% sure were not sanitized in any way between the dusty drawer they came out of and contact with my hand. Great pedicure - shiny apple red polish still looks really great a week later. Parking is a little tough - but the staff is nice and helpful with advice on where to park if spaces out front are full. I never write bad reviews, but this place is really awful. I've been here a couple of times and have never had an issue, but I went there yesterday for a gel manicure and a pedicure and it was terrible. The nail tech that I had was very rude from the start. When I was choosing a color for my nails, I told her I wanted my pedicure to match. She picked a totally different color for my toes so I walked out with neon orange toes and pink nails. My toe nail polish is all chipped after just one day and a few of my nails broke even with a gel manicure. I called to ask for a refund and they told me that I couldn't get my money back and that they would only redo my nails. It was so bad I don't even want to go back. The customer service here is awful and there are better nail salons in the area that are worth the money! read more

Have to get it out...It still bothers me! I have been going to Pro Nails for years the owner is a wonderful woman. I have always had the same person do my manicure and pedicure...and she does do good work and I always tip her over and above, being in the service industry myself. A while back she insulted me about my weight and I shrugged it off, but it did hurt me. But just a week ago the same person who does my nails (won't mention her name), was so insulting in front of other clients, that I took her aside after she was finished and I had a talk with her, and I told her (very quietly and discreetly) I would never come back. After all I go there to feel good not to be demeaned and judged by my size, and who is she, to think it is okay to do this, I suspect she doesn't like herself much. Maybe she should take a class on work ethics. And I wouldn't mind, I am a size 12, what does she say about others who may be heavier...Rude and blatantly mean. I had mentioned earlier when getting my pedicure, I couldn't afford to come for a while because of finances, but that day I needed to feel good and to something for myself...then when I was having my manicure done out of nowhere she blurted out in front of clients on either side of me that I was "FAT", that's right, Fat and I eat too much, that's what she said! I was appalled by her unkindness and her ignorance... I am sure she will miss my $15.00 tip for a regular man& ped. It makes me wonder what she is saying in her language when she is laughing...God only knows. Still in disbelief! First off, I will NEVER understand how in the world this place has been winning best salon in revere for years when they REUSE nail equipment such as files and buffers!!!! How are you such a successful business yet you can't afford to use new equipment for each customer? That's just standard cleanliness and safety. On top of that, this small salon should be kept immaculate. And it's not! I get it, you have good nail technicians. But that gets you best nail salon ten years running???? Do people not know about sanitation? They REUSE pumice sponges on people's feet!!! How disgusting. Let me not even get started on the pedicure tubs. Have you seen their method of sanitizing those? This place has either never been inspected or the standards in MA are non existent. This woman owns TWO SALONS. I think she can afford to maintain them well above average and to care for her loyal customers safety. I get it, prices are less expensive than spas in Boston but are you willing to risk a fungal infection? I wish I could give a negative star rating!! FUNGUS ALERT! I went to this salon on and off for many years. The main thing that kept driving me away was the attitude of most of the employees there some down right RUDE. But for convenience sake and ONE employee, I kept going back. It was the ONLY salon I'd have my pedicures at. UNTIL ONE DAY , I found myself at my doctors office with a raging INFECTION in my big toe, I had no idea what has happening my toe was just swollen and sore. Come to find out I had a FUNGUS!!! and it had gotten infected. ..My doctor was 100% confident the only way I could have gotten this kind of fungus was at a nails salon. Once this was discovered I started talking to friends about the establishment AND not only did most agree with the poor customer service and rude employees...most had heard of others who had contacted a FUNGUS HERE! ! My infection has healed, however I will lose MY TOENAIL and chances are the fungus can regrow in the new toenail and i will most likely have to deal with this for a very long time.
