We checked in two women took us over to the pedicure chairs and had started our pedicures and it wasn't Kim again. It was my first time there so I didn't know who she was. The pedicures weren't bad, but we had to keep asking them to either cut my father's nails shorter, which the girl seemed afraid to do and then we both had problems with ingrown luckily Khoi was available to come over and check mine. He was super nice and friendly and welcoming. Again the pedicures were just OK. The technicians really didn't talk much or I think there was just a communication barrier. I do plan on going back only to see Kim or Khoi. I woke up today and I'm not sure what happened to my big toes. I have skin peeling that wasn't there before and my calluses on both of my big toes. Are this funny color extremely red and round this has never happened to me. So that's my only other concern. The atmosphere in the salon is great. It is super clean. Everyone seems to be friendly and the prices are reasonable again. I will be going again and I wish I got the two technicians names we saw because I wouldn't recommend them.

I got a manicure and pedicure and I pretty much came on time like three minutes before they opened since I didn't know where to go at first and it was my first time coming to this place for a nail appointment. The place is pretty big and spacious and it was pretty quiet probably because it's the weekday too, the person who did my nails was pretty nice and quick and she did what I asked. It was just a simple French nail, but in a different style both service and in about an hour, they have options to pay like Venmo and Apple Pay if you use Venmo, I think you get a 10% off so that was a good plus I didn't know about it at first, but it's a good thing. Might come back next time if I need some nail touch up

Another part in my journey for the best pedicure in the north shore/Boston area…read more It was very easy to make an appointment online for a classic pedicure on a Monday morning. I went in and they told me to put my name on a list. I was booked for a pedicure with Di Tran but I'm not quite sure if that was the person that did my pedicure. It was very basic. They didn't really dig for ingrown toenails and that's something I struggle with so it's something I'm really looking for. They did a great job shaping and they were really gentle with my feet. The classic pedicure that I received included light callus removal with a pumice stone, exfoliation, and a massage. No hot towels or anything outside of what I just listed. The technician did an amazing job shaping and painting. I'm in awe really!! I'd go back on the shaping and paint job alone.

In my opinion, they do their work quickly. I'm usually out of there in under an hour or an hour and a half. Sometimes two hours or so if I get a pedicure as well. The staff is pretty nice, I've never had issues with them. I think the make nail tech does designs but the other ladies don't. Be sure to let them know when you're booking your appointment. Try to ask for pricing over the phone and bring exact cash with your tip. They don't accept tips on cards, only in cash. If you forget the cash, they have ATM inside the salon. It's a $3.50 charge for the ATM. If you use your card to pay for service, it's a $3 fee which I thought is illegal but I'm not 100% sure. It is on a Main Street so you'll need to park in the lot on one of the one way streets. I've never had a problem parking there. I don't suggest parking at the CVS lot because you could get towed.
