This studio is only interested in ripping off your money. I put down a $200 deposit months ago and when my appointment arrived, I called to cancel assuming I would forfeit my deposit. I can't control my face, but Sokkha is the only human on Earth who can control my eyebrows. I had them done two years ago at a salon in Boston and it was, to be kind, lackluster. I've gone through a period of time where I just didn't do a lot to take care of myself and I finally got my act together and decided to get my eyebrows re-shaped and re-done after blowing through about six days of my life on YouTube videos and eyebrow pencils, powders, waxes, and even asking the woman at Clinique how she does hers: "Uh, I draw them on." Sokkha is not your average "Brow Lady." I sent photos to Sokkha and asked her if it was something she could do/fix/make better and she responded with such amazing warmth and enthusiasm, I made an appointment right away. Sokkha is one of the most generous, beautiful humans I have ever had the pleasure of meeting or working with and not only that, she's an artist! (She also knows that sometimes when I see my in-laws' car outside I army crawl dawn the hallway to avoid answering the door. That's how comfortable she makes people!) I left both my initial appointment and follow-up (I missed my initial follow-up because clearly calendars are beyond the scope of my skill set) feeling soooo much better about myself and just an overall feeling of being restored. I had a terrible experience, I didn't find her bubbly and patient at all. As a matter of fact she wasn't even kind, my kids gave me a Microblading session for Christmas. I waited 2 months for this appt. I could not locate the gift card number, so I had to leave without getting anything done. She could have cared less that I walked out the door. She did not want to do my eyebrows in the first place, I must be too old. This issue was resolved and my kids got their money back, she didn't ask if I wanted to reschedule, she didn't say I'm sorry, nothing. I will get my brows done, but not at this place. I If you are thinking about microblading, do your research and then book an appointment with Sokkha. I love the way my brows look after just one visit. I'm due for a follow-up soon, but my brows are already 90% there. I healed really well, with no side effects.
