I went for a dip powder. The quality of my nails was average. The tech filed my skin at my cuticle rather than my nail. My nails are naturally strong and long, however; shortly after my visit they all started to break and crack. I was forced to go back to my original shop to have them repaired. read more

This salon is clean, welcoming, and well set up -- they even have kid-sized chairs which is a great touch for families. The staff is friendly, and the overall mani/pedi experience is relaxing and enjoyable. That said, the gel polish doesn't seem to hold up the way it should. Mine started chipping much sooner than expected, which was disappointing given how good the rest of the service is. I'd go back for the experience, especially with my kids -- just wish the gel lasted longer. read more

I am an Elderly person. I have always asked and got a person for my Pedicure. I dont have a lot of money, so I have to put pennies aside for this very necessary procedure by my favorite specialist. This last time they gave me another person because they claimed that the person I used was out for the day. So out of shear desperation I decided to take a chance. To make a long story short, it was a miserable experience and I called a day later to voice my Concern. It went on deaf ears obviously NAIL because when I called today to have my pedicure with the same person some other woman got on the phone and in not so many words stated that due to my ""AGE"" they are afraid to hurt me!??? I will get another Nail Salon since They have been operating a little weird the past few months...I found a real PROFESSIONAL nail Salon....I am totally disgusted with their THOUGHTS ON THE ELDERLY....I am surprised at the way they talked to me on the phone today...stating they ""would hurt me" since I am elderly...THERE ARE ABOUT 13 NAIL SALONS IN WILMINGTON ALONE.. In my opinion they would rather not accept an elderly person... I need a hip replacement which is why I went to this place and depended on it. I am all set with a Professional Salon now. Great job! Ive been to so many nails salons. Of course i never really feel like any are very sanitary but thats another topic... i went to Kathy she is amazing! She was detail oriented. My nails came put perfect which i don't often feel so any other place I've been too. I will be going back next time for sure. She did exactly what i wanted. Perfectly! This set of nails was not worth 75 dollars. I came in and couldn't even find the place to start. Then after coming in, the man doing my nails did a horrible job shaping and after asking him to round them, i got yelled at to pick what I want and was told that I was indecisive. He then continued to mock me to his co workers and then finished my nails. I moved onto the next girl who ended up charging my extra after messing up my design. read more

WOW... what a terrific experience! I called for an appointment late in the day for two people and was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating they were. The technicians stayed late and did a fabulous job. I LOVE how my nails look. They also had another person just drop in and they helped her out even though they were already working late.
