Posh Lash creates a welcoming, friendly and relaxing environment upon walking in the door. The beds are comfy and make it easy to fall asleep in during the appointment. The lash artists are extremely talented, having been trained by the owner Tracy. Tracy, is an unbelievably talented lash artist, I began seeing her 6 years ago after I had my lashes done at a nail salon and had to see her for a correction appointment. She was knowledgeable and explained to me how the extensions worked - for anyone getting their lashes done for the first time, I think it's important to educate yourself on how lashes work, and be comfortable knowing that it may take some time before you are comfortable with the style, weight and even the glue. I will say the artists are willing to work with you, have you come back for touch ups, removals, adjust their glue, adjust the lashes the use but in order for them to do that you need to be honest and proactive. Posh Lash is a modern business, their communication style is to text with clients, scheduling/rescheduling and confirming appointments. I appreciate this because it's easy to communicate and quicker then having a phone call. I have recommended Posh Lash to family and friends over the years, and stand by my recommendation and completely trust in Tracy and the other talented artists.

They are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. What really stood out to me was how much time and care they put into mapping and tracing the design beforehand. They don't rush the process at all, they make sure every detail is absolutely perfect and that you feel confident before anything even begins. You can tell they take pride in their work and want you to love your results. The entire procedure was so much easier than I expected. They thoroughly numb your skin beforehand, and I felt little to no discomfort the whole time. They also explain everything step-by-step, so you always know what's happening and feel completely at ease. On top of that, they give you all the information you need from prep to aftercare and are always available if you have questions. That level of communication and support makes such a difference. The results? AMAZING. I am beyond happy. They truly enhanced my natural features in the most beautiful, subtle way. It's one of the best decisions I've made, and it was 100% worth it. Hands down the best permanent makeup artist on the South Shore. If you're thinking about it -- go here. You will not regret it!

There is a lot of attention paid to sanitization, and they are very thorough about supplying the stations with gear so the technicians aren't constantly running around borrowing each other's top coats, etc. Many nail salons I have been in have frantic atmospheres, with people running around and yelling, but everyone here is calm, and the clean, airy environment is very soothing and peaceful. Nobody here is unhappy, running, or yelling at anyone. Everyone there is really good, but Momo is a standout. She is always super friendly, upbeat, and has a can-do attitude for special requests. She is incredibly careful and thorough for both gel manis and pedis, which I go there for routinely. I get a ton of compliments on my nails, and it's all thanks to Momo's incredible talent and careful attention. I can't recommend her, or this salon, highly enough.
