Katie is great!! I had come to this place years ago for electrolysis and decided to revisit for my…read morefirst facial. I went with a maintenance clarifying facial. Katie was thorough and made my experience personal and comfortable. She used specific products based on our conversation and her analysis of my skin, and left me more knowledgeable about what my skin needs. It felt nice to be seen and invested in. I even ended up purchasing a couple of products per recommendation and after using them for a while now, I love them! My skin felt so good after, and LOOKED good too. It felt good investing in myself, self care is important!! I felt really taken care of in the hands of Katie, she's truly an expert!! I will be back for more services, especially another facial!

I've been receiving facials, peels, waxing, and electrology services from Katie for almost a year…read morenow and she is truly wonderful! Let me start off by saying I'm a regular when it comes to services. I've NEVER had a bad service, I've always left satisfied. Katie and her staff are incredibly professional and they're always great about scheduling. When they know they're busy they'll have me book in advance so I can get all of my appointments in. And if they need to reschedule due to a conflict they always give plenty of notice. The Spa itself is very cozy and clean. Heated beds?!?! A revelation. Breath mints for when you chugged coffee on the way into your appointment?! I'm here for it. I love the convenient location and availability of parking - coming from L.A. those are luxuries. The services - I love the sensitive soothing facial! I've fallen asleep with the jelly mask on, I'm not ashamed. It was that relaxing. My husband and I both did a round of peels this past winter and his acne is basically gone, and my maskne dark spots have faded almost entirely. I also want to note that the electrology pricing is very fair! The selection of products is really good! I love Eminence and have been using that brand for a while, but I also love that they carry result driven product lines like PCA. They never get pushy with products but they'll make recommendations based off your skin concerns, and honestly who doesn't love professional skin care advice?! This is an extremely qualified group of women giving five star service!

I've been here twice so far and been very pleased both times. She is great at talking throughout the service so it isn't uncomfortable at all. She is also incredibly quick while not feeling rushed. I'm always out within 30 minutes of arrival. The last time I went I was 9 months pregnant. She kindly explained that it would be more sensitive than usual and outlined her approach to ensure I was comfortable. When I needed a break from one area and to switch positions, she easily pivoted over to another area and helped me get comfortable. Bottom line: Kelly provides excellent, quality service with compassion and understanding.

Today, I visited European Wax in Burlington for the first time since having my baby; it was a…read moremomentous appt. I chose the associate I'll refer to as E because of how terrific she is and the rapport she's built with me over the past few years. I've been a loyal customer in Burlington for three years, and E has always been my favorite. She's upbeat, friendly, remembers me, and is exceptionally skilled--efficient, professional, and virtually painless. That's why I was both surprised and disappointed to learn today was her last day. She was let go with less than two weeks' notice--not for the quality of her work, but for not meeting product sales quotas. I've purchased annual wax packages for seven or eight years, but this will be my last. Across multiple locations, I've seen a pattern of poor employee treatment. Sales quotas should never come at the cost of retaining top talent. If a company is losing great employees like E over product sales, the problem isn't the employees--it's leadership. If European Wax continues to prioritize short-term sales over long-term customer loyalty, it won't just lose great employees--it will lose customers like me. By the way, my first postpartum wax was a positive experience thanks to E. She is outstanding!

They also didn't tell me when I came in that the repair would be $10, they told me at the end after they had already fixed it. I will never come back here. Stay away!
