First, I have never had a brazilian take more than 45-60 minutes, this one took and HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES and she didn't even finish. Received a 10-pack facial package as a birthday present last year and I can't believe I've waited this long to rave about it. This place and especially Koly is amazing! She integrates many different add-ons to her facials to create a true one of a kind day spa experience. As soon as you check in, you feel immediately relaxed in their heated beds with the soft music playing. Once settled in, you exhale all your cares away while she diligently massages your face with the premium products they use to exfoliate and moisturize. Even at this point, you wonder why you never noticed how fatigued your facial muscles were before she went to work on it. I'll be honest, the extraction process was probably the least pleasant part of the facial but knowing that she was so thorough and got to every nook and cranny was much appreciated. She also went right to work and tamed my unruly eyebrows by tweezing and shaping them into submission. As if these were perks weren't enough, she also incorporates a 10-15 minute neck, shoulder, upper back massage with her magical hands. I had a long week and didn't realize how sore and stiff my neck and shoulders were from being in front of a laptop for endless hours. What a treat to be able to enjoy this as part of the facial. Koly is my esthetician and she has been excellent, which is why I keep coming back. She does not leave me with scarring on my skin and keeps my hormonal acne under control. That's important and a huge plus for me. She is actually very gentle with my skin and goes the extra miles every time, in which I praise her for client services. Therefore, I will keep coming to her as long as they're open because I'm not planning to go anywhere else unless the places are better than Donginbi! Eyelash Perm - 3/5: I've done eyelash perm twice with them and it's okay. Compared to other places that I've gone, the perm doesn't last more than 2 weeks and my lashes doesn't appear to curl up well too. All of my hesitation went away once I stepped into this room. The calming mauve color wall, maroon comfortable quilt take away all of my negative judgement. Great experience from beginning to end! I came for the new client special which is $40 for a facial and I loved it so much I came back and brought my boyfriend. I ended up buying a package for $600 for 10 facials that I can split with my boyfriend and it also comes with 10 hand treatments. Quite the deal! The woman who cleaned my skin was so detailed; she extracted and cleaned all my problem areas. She was very knowledgable too and gave me advice on what to do at home to help my oily skin. My face was very dry due to the New England weather so I decided to give K&E Beauty a try. K&E was easy to get to, the environment was very clean, service was great. Koly led me to a very nice, clean and comfortable room with a bed. She moisturized my dry skin with their organic ginseng products, telling me step by step what she was doing. Gotta say the extraction process was a bit painful around the nose area even for a guy but I never felt cleaner. The heated bed and music made the atmosphere very relaxing I almost fell asleep at end with the mask on. Where to start? This place is amazing. I have been coming here since it opened in 2015. Koly and Eva are very welcoming. My acne situation has improved so much. For the first few months, I would go home with a red face because of all the pimple exactions. Now, I barely have any redness on my face. When I get there, I'm offered tea or water. Then I get undressed and have a towel wrapped around me. The bed is so comfortable and it's also heated. I'm not going to lie, the extractions are a little painful, but after that part, I get an awesome face, neck, head, and shoulder massage. When they put a mask on my face, I usually fall right asleep because it's on my face for a good 20 minutes. The music is very soothing as well. They never force you to buy their products, but would definitely suggest certain products that suit your skin type. I bought a set and I can definitely see improvements with my skin.
