Until recently my lashes have been just falling off after a few days! I pay so much every two weeks to have them filled and then to be told I have to pay $75 in between to have them fixed! That is NOT a company that cares about their clients and the quality of their work! It doesn't matter if the " lashes are too heavy" the lash tech should determine that and know not to put on if my natural lashes can't hold it! I don't know if the glue and lashes have changed to cheapen the cost but something has! They don't just start to fall out , out of the blue after a few days! I am shocked that money is more Important to the owner than retaining her long time loyal customer! I will find a place to spend my $ that actually cares!!! To tell a customer " you can come in and pay $75 to have them fixed is absurd! My Response: I already told you I was going elsewhere Lauren. You know how much $ I've spent in past 2 years at your business. I'm really surprised at how it was handled. If my husband does a job and the door knob falls off he doesn't " charge " an absurd fee to fix it" he wants his clients to be happy. Shay didn't recommend a lighter lash until it happened more than once. That policy is nowhere on your site , and it's not like the tech doesn't get a tip etc, I've offered to pay she said " no worries" . But to want to charge $85 in between 2 week lash appointments for lashes that just start falling out is just ridiculous! Sometimes it's the product etc. especially after 2 years and all sudden there's issues! I just felt like basically paying for a full set is ridiculous! I just asked for the bare spots to be fixed!

Only complaint would be the construction going on in the strip mall where the business is located but that's not the salons fault. She will look at your natural lashes and give you advice in what type of lashes will look best for you; she also listens to your request and incorporate it throughout the process. She gave me partial hybrid - which it looks amazing the way she places them on your lashes!!!! Basically if you are familiar with false lashes, Susana gave me the red cherry wispy lashes for my extension, except they look as if they are my real lashes - Very Pretty!!! I have slept on it overnight and it's super comfortable, unlike other extensions that I had done in the past, Susana nailed it! She makes sure each lash of the extension is not placed too close to the eyelid or touching the eyelid - she applies each lash precisely onto your own natural lash without being too close or touching the eyelid; that's what made it so comfortable for me. With the extension she designs for me, I feel glam & girly even without any makeup on. Susana is talented, she will make you look pretty! The boutique itself is chic, polished, super clean and very relaxing. Super hygiene throughout the whole process. She gave me a care bag to take home with, and explains how to clean and take care of my lashes before I leave the boutique. Parking is easy, her price is very reasonable!!!!! I have better experience with her than other popular lash bar in the Newton/Brookline/Back Bay area. I made my appointment via instant-chat on her website, it was very easy. She also do Lash tint & lash lift at a very good combo price! She is highly skilled when it comes to Lashes!

I had previously had extensions, and though they made it through May, they eventually all fell out. The salon that I had been going to has yet to restart lashes so I was left to seek out an alternative solution. I decided to try a woman in Norwood who was horrible! I showed her pictures of exactly what I wanted and she did not even come close. She told me that I did not have enough lashes to do the thickness that I wanted and blah, blah, blah. Two weeks later I went for a fill at another salon with a woman who came recommended. I swear I walked out looking like I had LESS lashes. There were huge spaces and I wanted to cry every time I looked into the mirror. I would have been better off just wearing mascara. After 2 days I could not take it anymore and googled lashes near me. I found BlinX and texted the owner Robyn. She immediately got back to me and we set up an appointment for 4pm today. Yes today! I told her what had happened, and what I wanted, which were long and thick lashes. Can I just say that she EXCEEDED my expectations!!
