I can usually go at least 6-8 weeks without needing a wax with minimal tweezing maintenance in between. I seek expert help when I notice that my brows are slightly unsymmetrical in photos (see attached) and to the point that I don't know what to do to fix them. I recently moved to the Weymouth area and Kathie's proximity + glowing 5 star reviews suggested she'd be the right one to get me back on track. I requested an appointment here on Yelp and she responded within minutes giving me times to choose from. I saw her the next evening. It's never an easy feat when someone new is about to alter one of your most important facial features, but she made me feel comfortable right away by thoroughly explaining and showing via a mirror not only what she was going to do but also why. We also discussed my medical history that might affect the sensitivity of my skin. She brought out shape ideas that were hiding in my mismatched brows that open up my eyes and frame them even better than before. The result is attached, and I only fill them with powder. She's also very reasonably priced - the same as most waxing services I've gotten. Looking forward to radiating my renewed brow confidence and having Kathie maintain them.

Our trial was fun and relaxing, and she made me feel really comfortable (and even asked if I wanted a glass of wine!) I loved that she made sure to ask what I wanted and checked in with me after the trial with pictures to make sure I was still happy. On the day of my wedding, all my bridesmaids loved her so much that 4 of them booked her for their wedding party makeup! That says it all! She moved quickly and kept to schedule but still was so detail oriented and truly a perfectionist. I called a day in advance and they had an opening which was surprising! I went to Mimi and she was honestly so sweet she asked what I was looking for and then bam! Forgot to add the part where I had eye makeup on and she was super nice about it and just simply asked me to help her take it off in the bathroom (that House of Lash glue don't play!). I actually really like how the lashes looked this time and its been 3 weeks and the retention on these lashes are truly amazing! Glad I came back!! (I went for an open eye look with wispy volume) I would totally give this place a try!

The first time I've gotten my lashes done here with Jenny. They looked good. Got home had some…read moreirritation and itch from the glue, I used aloe Vera to sooth it for the week. After the one week , I have a gap on the left eye (very minor) but quite noticeable. So I called The salon in order to fill in the few missing hairs. I arrive at the Quincy lash salon and I ask Jenny if she can just fill in the few lashes that were missing. She tells me I need to do a refill for $70 dollars. She continued to say that after two weeks the fill is $80, (it's only been a week so I'm thinking it will be half of what you would pay for two weeks) (would've made more sense. I mentioned I don't need a refill yet, just a touch up of the 4-5 hairs. Literally. Lastly, she ends up actually doing a refill (which I did not need) mounds of glue and extra lashes that I did not need is what I ended up with! Lashes are so stiff at this point that I can't even blink without feeling like my own lashes are scratching my eyeballs. So uncomfortable. When all she had to do was follow the instructions of just a few lashes that I've requested. I felt that this salon was a bit money hungry. If you treat your clients correctly and listen to the style they are looking for, you would have a returning client. Now, because my real lashes have fallen off too, I'm not sure if I'll ever get lashes done again. Watch out ladies.

The tint was a little darker than I anticipated but overall my eyebrows look and feel great. I have sensitive skin but the wax surprisingly didn't irritate or leave my skin red. Gabriella is very gentle and only uses as much wax as she has too before switching to tweezers which she communicated including, "because I have sensitive skin". It's great when you know they actually read your form and listen to you. Gabriella was also very professional, clean, personable and inviting.
