Had I been told that results vary significantly and that some patients may not notice any meaningful change, I would have made a different decision before taking on this expense. Additionally, when I told them I was unhappy with the services provided and ask for a refund or compensated services, they refused and instead tried to get me to pay for more treatments! This was a major financial commitment for me and all for a treatment that provided NO benefit. I would not recommend this place to anyone because they will not be honest with you about the results you will see. Do not waste your money- seek providers who are transparent about both the potential benefits and limitations of the treatment.

The clinicians are more concerned about getting Botox and whatever done on their own face during work hours, then they are concerned about you. My clinician came in and you can tell she just got Botox done while she's working, and then proceeds to tell me all the reasons I can't get my treatments done and I've never had a problem. On top of that, I have to drive two hours to go to that location so I ended up driving two hours getting a hotel to spend the night, and they had no care or concern no empathy or compassion! I would never ever suggest going here at least to this location. Now I have to go search for another location

I had and I sent her the email invoice showing I had paid. Again she was unprofessional and cannot understand the basic functions of her job. The manager told me this nasty rude young lady "didn't know that transactions take a few minutes to go through." which is such a poor excuse. A grown adult functioning and living in 2025 KNOWS that transactions take a few minutes to go through. I'm going to the one in Sommerville now and I get a MUCH better experience. Which is sad the front staff here is so rude because I did like the nurses.
