Lumi is my one-stop shop for all beauty spa needs! I've tried almost everything from botox/filler to body contouring and facials. Dr. H and her team are amazing and really work with you to achieve your goals. They take a very minimal approach because, of course, less is more, and they genuinely work with you every step of the way to ensure you're happy with your treatment and results. Also- I can't recommend you sign up for this AMAZING membership enough. It's so worth it. It's also a reminder to take care of yourself every month. I'm alternating between facials and the massage each month, and on top of that, the member prices are unbeatable! Boston quality services without the crazy prices. None of the white bumps were extracted, Quinn did not use Lancets like Christine and I requested. Quinn had on heavy blue plastic gloves and it REALLY hurt when she tried to extract them manually. It was AWFUL!!! Even the massage was HORRIBLE, which is usually the best part of the facial. I called Christine to make her aware of this, she was going to call me back, she never did. I left another message and wrote her an email. I was very upset and disappointed that she treated an unhappy client like this. Sooo bummed, I should not have been spending $100 on a facial, but I really thought I would leave and have not, all alot of the white bumps gone from my face, did not happen at all!!!!!!!!!!!! I have absolutely loved getting my laser treatments here! Right from the start Lana made me feel…read morecomfortable and happy with my results, as during my consult she did a spot test on my leg. It didn't hurt a bit, and that's coming from someone who stopped laser treatments in the past because the pain was unbearable and the numbing cream was very expensive. Lana gives me some of the numbing cream (free of charge) for my sensitive areas before we start and by the time we get to those places I seriously don't feel a thing. Besides the great customer service, this one small detail has really sealed the deal for me. Throw in the fact that my 5 treatment ares only take about 45 mins, and you can see why I've told all of my friends about this place multiple times over. I just finished my third treatment and I'm so happy with my results. Some follicles are more stubborn than others, but overall I essentially go the entire time without shaving between treatments since my hair comes in slowly, light, and fine. I highly recommend seeing Lana for your laser procedures and investing in yourself this way! It's expensive, but worth it!

I told them to cancel and I would reschedule based on my availability. I then 24 hours later receive an email with confirmation with the original time, instead of the cancellation. By that time, I had made alternative plans but because this was 24 hours before the actual appointment a $75 charge was required to cancel. When I arrived, the technician was forceful and slimey with her business dealings. When I told her this was maintenance for previous treatment performed prior to moving to Boston, she proceeded to insult an entire city of people as though they were low class. They verbally quoted one price and wrote a different price in contract. When I corrected them, it was given a rebuttal and then ultimately changed again when I declined the service. This lets me know they make up pricing on the fly and based on who is in front of them. One service I wanted to save for another day, but she insisted on performing the day of consultation (to get the money) even though I did not have time. She then made up another day for me to come back and told the scheduler to schedule me at that time, even though I did not request that time. I think they have unethical practices and I will not be returning. I will fly back to my original dermatologist and aesthetician for better service.

It's been over a year since we started seeing her and what a huge waste of time and money. A quick in and out every time pushing the same 2 products every visit...one that they market and showcase in their offices and the other a very potent prescription with serious side effects. Every visit was like the first visit...no review of her file and the same speech pushing the same products. In addition my daughter also had a plantar wart that she would treat every 6 weeks with the freeze spray. Little did I know that the dermatologist would occasionally scrape the wart in order for it to heal faster...never happened...just another visit to charge...absolutely disgraceful...and given the sensitivity of a teenage girl's acne...she had zero...strongly suggest NOT going to this provider...she still had alot more learning to do especially in regards to people skills and patient rapport.
