Went to DeluxeBar and didn't find staff to be very helpful in answering question pre-treatment and seemed to prioritize other clients at random. Also was a bit concerned with cleanliness. Two stars for front desk greeting being quick and phone responsiveness. I have found better services in Boston that seemed more professional. read more

Very disappointed. Went to the Duxbury location. Walked in, no one to greet me...waited a good 5 minutes. Iced coffee from Dunkin Donut sitting on front desk. Already feeling like I want to walk out. Someone finally greeted me (haphazardly) and I believe this may have been one of the owners. Ha! Had a wax done by the gal that does this. Worst wax ever. I will stop here. I am sorry to say but I just came back from the local nail salon in town and had them fix what they didn't accomplish. Should have done that from the get go. Also, if you are using needles, etc, I would not feel comfortable with the cleanliness. But that's just me. read more

I have been going to Deluxe Bar for a couple of years now and I have gotten great results after each visit! Everyone is so nice and professional and the space is beautiful and clean. I have been getting Dysport for my forehead and crows feet, and I have gotten so many compliments from friends and coworkers about how great my skin looks! I have a phobia of needles, but the space makes me feel calm and comfortable, and everyone I have seen has been gentle and kind. I was also recommended some of the ZO skin care products, which have helped my skin tremendously and also helped my results last longer. My whole experience was excellent! From the greeting, to the service, to the rebooking process. The overall vibe in this place is so positive - love it! I got a Diamond Glow facial and added dermaplane. Emma was so quick and thorough with my dermaplane - there is not a single peach fuzz on my face lol. I saw Heather today, and I couldn't be more happy with my results! First of all, DeluxeBar is a gorgeous space - very zen and calming. It was also super clean and COVID-19 safe. After I discussed my medical history and goals with Heather, she provided a recommendation and was very up front with the costs, which were very reasonable. I had gone to deluxe bar and Norwell and talking to them about the filler. She had pulled out a piece of paper and told me I'd be $800 for the filler in my cheeks. That was totally fine. I mention to them that in the past when I had Botox, they numbed me so I wouldn't feel the pain they started the procedure so that I was in a lot of pain on my face proceeded with the procedure they saw I was in too much pain and stopped. they told me they could not use the whole vile because I was in too much pain they told me next time I come back make sure to tell them to numb my face before they do any filling when I went to pay the bill they told me was $900. I asked how when you looked at the sheet of paper it was eight and now it was 900 all they told me they were sorry I didn't know what that meant if they were sorry, they overcharge me a sorry they made a mistake, I think their service was very poor the practice is terrible.
