I bought a package of weekly, non-surgical facials with a peel, and have had the facials with both Mikaela and Stacey. This place is truly spectacular. Both aestheticians take so much time to get to know your skin and get you remarkable results. I've felt every time I've been in there that they truly want to me to see results, and they are incredibly thorough. I am not even half way through my package, and my skin looks better than it ever has. After all the postpartum just feeling yuck, its so nice to look in the mirror and look better without makeup than I ever have. I very highly recommend both Mikaela and Stacey. A visit to Saisons is worth your time and money if you want to finally see the skin you've always wished you had.

Lumi is my one-stop shop for all beauty spa needs! I've tried almost everything from botox/filler to body contouring and facials. Dr. H and her team are amazing and really work with you to achieve your goals. They take a very minimal approach because, of course, less is more, and they genuinely work with you every step of the way to ensure you're happy with your treatment and results. It feels like one of those secrets you almost don't want to share because she's that good. I've been to all the "fancy" and overhyped spas in Boston, and nothing compares--those places feel like a lot of promises without results. With Anh, I get instant and lasting benefits every single time. My skin is clearer, healthier, and I've gotten more compliments this year than I ever have. She also takes the time to recommend products that actually work for me, which has made such a difference in keeping my skin on track between visits. If you're looking for results-driven skincare in Boston, this is the place. Anh is truly a hidden gem.

She was also very educational with the questions I asked and offered other recommendations to help with my skin. My skin can be sensitive at times so I was worried about trying new products. Per Laurie's recommendation I bought a toner, vitamin c & e, a pore & wrinkle serum, & a moisturizer. I love them all and most importantly, my skin does too! I would also like to note that she was not in any way pushy about buying the products. She suggested the ones to get first if I was looking to budget. I ended up buying them all and found the pricing very reasonable. I just rebooked and can't wait to see Laurie again.

I was a loyal client going for monthly appointments for 6 years until I got breast cancer and had…read moreto cancel a couple of appointments last minute (chemo symptoms come on fast and hard!) Instead of calling me and asking if I was OK, as any caring business owner would, I was blacklisted from booking appointments online. Marisa only cares about your wallet and it's evident in the fact that in the 6 years I was a client, she went through 3 different product lines in the guise of "providing the best for her clients" i.e., what will make her the most profit. She forces product sales and tells her estheticians to do the same. If you're not her daughter or a family friend, you won't last there as an employee. Her prices are on par with high end Boston spas, but in North Attleboro. I presume she has to pay the mortgage on her extravagant new location somehow. I regret having spent thousands there over the years. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. Everyone can read all reviews here and on other websites and decide for themselves if they wish for their hard-earned dollars to support your business.
