Rather than listening to my questions or discussing the concerns I raised, they were largely dismissed. The entire appointment lasted about four minutes, and I left feeling rushed, unheard, and disrespected. I expect a doctor (actually nurse practitioner) to be willing to have a conversation with a patient, answer reasonable questions, and explain their recommendations--not simply dismiss a patient for trying to be informed about their own healthcare. Unfortunately, this office felt more like a patient-processing factory than a professional medical practice focused on individual care.

I have had many IPL's through differen internet voucher promotions as well as paying full price, and this IPL was by far the best. Patty was extremely thorough during the inital intake as well as the IPL itself. Her office is wonderful, very warm and inviting, yet professional. I enjoyed chatting with her during the procedure as she told me wonderful stories about the lovely quilts on her walls. Her stores made the treatment pass quickly - I mean let's face it, getting one's face zapped by a laser isn't the most pleasant experience!! It was an easy drive down Route 3 and her office is located in a strip mall where there is a huge T.J. Maxx and Home Goods which I made use of due to getting there too early. I mean what can be better than that? Shopping and a beauty treatment. All in all, I give Patty and Laserlight for Men and Women an enthusiastic thumbs up and highly recommend this place for laser skin care and hair removal.
