The representative understood what I was interested in (facial) and booked me. When I arrived the next week (15 minutes early) the receptionist told me "You don't have an appointment." I was completely taken aback, as I had made the appointment with a live person, had a little conversation at the time, and even confirmed the building they're located in. The receptionist did ask if I wanted to book an appointment at a later date, but I didn't, as I didn't have a warm, fuzzy feeling about *this* mistake. As the receptionist was very clear by her manner that this was *my* mistake, not their's, I declined a future appointment. Since there was nothing I could do, I left. I did return a minute later to doublecheck if the time was scheduled on a future day, just to be sure I didn't hold up someone's schedule, but nope, no appointment for me. Which was especially weird when the receptionist said, "I see you in our system, but no appointments are scheduled." Really? And how would I randomly get into your system, if I didn't schedule an appointment? Somewhat disappointing, but I figure everything happens for a reason! Caveat emptor.

She let me know in the sweetest yet honest way that my eyebrows needed a change. She is warm, welcoming and easy going. When it comes to scheduling she will do her best to work around your schedule and accommodate you as best she can. The way she does eyelash extensions is a true skill. Our appointments always seem to go by in the blink of an eye, whether we are catching up on gossip, having a somewhat therapy session on my personal life or she's letting me catch up on much needed sleep during my lash naps. She knew what my problem areas were and my skin concerns. I like that they had an online form for me to fill ahead of time so that I didn't have to do it in person.
