I brought in my antique engagement ring that was incorrectly resized by a previous jeweler…read moreresulting in an oval shank. I had concerns about the ring spinning despite resizing. Gary inspected the ring in great detail and made a recommendation to remove some of the shank and rebuild it, as well as to place tension springs to prevent spinning and slipping. He took his time to measure my finger for the optimal fit. I was told by another jeweler that all of my prongs needed replacement and I wanted a second opinion. Gary again took his time to inspect all the prongs and reassured me that they didn't need replacement. I was very glad for his honesty. The next business day, Gary fixed the ring in 3-4 hours and it came out beautifully. I was so nervous previously to entrust someone with my ring, but I felt at ease. Gary offered that I stay and watch the entire process. He told me to inspect my gemstone carefully after his job was complete as general good practice after having my jewelry worked on! I am so happy with the end result and strongly recommend this jeweler. The key factors that impressed me most were honesty, trustworthiness, attention to detail, patience, mastery of his craft, and sharing of knowledge/providing an understandable rationale for his decision-making. I will absolutely be returning for intermittent ring checks!

The menu will constantly switch however and no guarantee on product as they tend to run out of what is listed on the menu sometimes and will offer a higher priced product instead (nature of business I guess, so no fault there). The menu can also get confusing as the filters aren't properly set on the backend seemingly on purpose (after a couple of years it should have been an easy fix by now). As far as the CS, this location is terrific and always kind, respectful, and courteous budtenders. The other 2 could use a boost. The staff can seem dry and disgruntled for the most part and feel as though you are being rushed out. I will say there are a few great people at those locations as well. Overall it's a decent experience, nothing to write home about, yet nothing to hold a strong argument on either.

All I can say is WOW…read more My mom severely cracked her iPhone screen to the point where her Face ID wouldn't even work anymore. We were on our way to the Apple Store to buy her a new one when I informed her that getting her screen replaced would be significantly cheaper. She was hesitant, but I convinced her to stop by TurtleScreen near her house after seeing great news articles about it online. We came in at 6:15PM just to inquire about pricing and their hours - thinking they wouldn't be able to do a same day repair given they close at 7PM. However, they squeezed us in as soon as we came through the doors and by 6:45PM my mom had a brand new phone screen! She's so happy with how her phone looks and we were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the folks working at TurtleScreen qnd their efficiency. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and my mom ended up saving hundreds of dollars compared to getting a new phone! Can't recommend these guys enough!

The phone was not damaged at all in fact I'm leaving this review on the very device they claimed was broken and I assure you the phone is mint. I did not receive the original box from Samsung back nor did I receive the charger or any other literature that was inside the box. These people will not respond to me by email or phone and are simply ignoring me. So beware this place isn't worth the hassle.
