Consistent facials also helped my skin so much (as someone who had congested and acne-prone skin, exacerbated by constant mask wearing). Extractions are very thorough, and painful if it's your first time, but the skincare she uses is super calming and refreshing. IMO, the most improvement is not seen directly after treatment but in the days or weeks following! The treatments helped prevent future blemishes, and makes current or ones deep beneath the skin heal better. Also a super calming environment that I've definitely dozed off in a couple of times. Love Mandy's!

Deep moisture to help dryness, massage to help lipid flow and elasticity, and deep masque and moisture to lock in. I left with an amazing glow and my face/neck/shoulders felt like it was 'singing'. Hard to put into words, but she is a real pro. The place is small from street view, but behind the front greeting area the suites are super luxe and filled with spa sounds so you really do unwind. Totally recommend. I've gone probably 3x/ yr for last 5 yrs.

My style needed a do-over bcz the outcome wasn't as expected. After checking Venus in Cambridge (which has REALLY declined) for the hair that was recommended and several other stores, to no avail; I decided to map out the stores in Malden/Medford/Everett area in search of the hair I needed. I can proudly say no neighboring store comes close to the many options at Franklin. After directing me to the area that housed the product I needed the sales associate didn't stalk me as I checked the hair types and textures and was happy to answer any questions or check the back to see if a particular color was still in stock. The prices are also reasonable. FIHS gets 4 1/2 Stars! My only disappointment was that they were completely out of 1b (which is a core color) in the type I chose. Most establishments stock up on 1b bcz it's extremely common. They should consider this practice.

Wow! I wish I had read the Google reviews before walking in…read more The owner was extremely rude and showed zero customer care. I went for the first time to inquire about braid prices and possibly book an appointment, but I was met with unfriendly faces from the start. Her tone was aggressive, and she kept smiling in a condescending way while speaking to me. Even the employee at the door looked at me like I didn't belong there. The interaction made me so uncomfortable that I changed my mind about buying anything. At first, I thought maybe I had done something wrong, until I read other reviews and realized this seems to be a pattern here. This is not how a business should treat potential customers.

It's very refreshing considering there was always, and I repeat ALWAYS, a moderate-long wait at my previous dentists. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are very professional and thorough in their work. They also provide excellent feedback on dental care as they should. There are plenty of appointment reminders via postcard, email, and text to ensure that one remembers his/her appointment.
