Few times, she was chatting with her previous client and ate into my time. She still charged me for the full time. Plus I found hair untreated when I got home. Waxing the City was the first time I'd done waxing without the strips of cloth that felt like they were ripping off layers of skin along with my dignity. I love the wax-only method and have found the whole experience less painful and everyone who works there has done a great job. Sure, I wish they handed out wine before going in but considering the intimate experience I've been impressed. Highly recommend for service from front desk to the folks on the table. I've been happy every time. Even the time I went through the agony and the boyfriend's flight was delayed two weeks. Just kidding he will never stop hearing about that.
