However, I observed an older white woman walk in and then one of the older associates proceeded to say excuse me to me and then greet the lady and ask if she needed help. It was almost as if I didn't exist. My question is why work in customer service if you dislike interacting with different types of people? That makes no sense to me. I've reported this issue to customer service and hope they train their employees to be more culturally responsive and accepting.

Walked in and immediately wondered why I don't visit this place more often. They have everything you'll ever need, including Swedish goggles from the original Swedish company, packaged in Swedish language no less. That was impressive to see. As an added bonus they have autographed memorabilia from notable swimmers on the walls, along with inspirational swimming posters you don't see anywhere else; sort of like a shrine to swimming. The staff showed me a bunch of different options to buy and gave me a few defogging tips such as rubbing toothpaste into the mask (she even gave me some so that I could do it right there in the store).
