The artisan/salesperson who checked me out (she works in paper, making cards and charming wall collages for children) was welcoming and helpful, and my checkout experience in no way resembled the one described by a previous poster. (Frankly, I was a bit taken aback by how indignant that poster got over her frustrating experience--seems she loved the contents of the store, but knocked it THREE stars for inefficient customer service?
