I also tried calling to explain I just needed to pickup an order for my daughter, but she also wouldn't answer the phone. If this was my store I would be deeply unhappy to have such a discourteous staff person. At least have the kindness to walk over and explain to your customer why they can't pick up the things they already bought.

I went into the store today, 2 women were working and seemed to be rearranging some of the items in the store. I walked through the entire store, passing by them at least 2 times - no one else was in the store and they never once greeted me or asked me if I needed any help. One of the employees has been there for a few years - I've been ignored by her before. I honestly don't know if I'll go back with such dismissive treatment.
