While the Acton Plaza has been around for years, it has been a significant time since is has been remodeled, and now it's attractive, well designed and has a ton of curb appeal. It doesn't have the BEST stores, but has two sides of shopping, one on Main Street and one section on Massachusetts Avenue, connected by Community Lane. It has lost a few stores over the years, but has also gained a few. Currently the front end of the shopping center (Mass Ave) side has more of the big-box / chain stores: - Roche Bros - TJ Maxx / HomeGoods - Johnny Rockets - Paper Store - Radio Shack - Unleashed by Petco and the back end of the shopping center (Main Street) side has more of the independent / small stores / restaurants : - Acton Wine & Spirits - Not Your Average Joe's - TC Lando's - SuperCuts - Sleepy's (ok they are not all independent) - Dunkin Donuts and a few other shops. Convenient place to shop in Acton, and one of the main retail sectors of the large town in Metrowest. Perfect stop off the highway to be able to get right back on! 4 stars for the Acton Plaza.

The selection is unique and I believe that it's fate if you happen to find something that resonates with you. The staff here (now) have been courteous and honestly very helpful - so I've been splurging a lot more than usual. When a store offers amazing customer service, and great deals, I can definitely see the boost in sales - at least out of my wallet at least lol. I highly recommend coming back here now, love the customer service and welcome feeling when I enter this store now. Highly recommend!

Wayside Country Store has a great selection of Linda Lou sink strainers, my mother was searching for a few designs she didn't own yet and we found them on Wayside Country Store's website. We placed an order for four different strainers (hummingbird, kitty, fishy & butterfly) but due to a storm and outage the store was unable to process the order. I gave them a call and they happily processed my order over the phone. They were extremely apologetic and friendly. Once the shipment arrived we found that we had received two kitty strainers and no fishy strainer. I emailed their customer service and they immediately offered a replacement or credit. We asked for a replacement stating we'd be happy to pay for it (just hoping maybe Wayside could cover shipping) however they shipped out a replacement to us at no cost. We will be ordering again!
