First off, I want to address some of the other reviews. What on EARTH do you expect for traded in…read more360 games? It's an old system with old games that barely anyone wants. Try selling them to Amazon or eBay and tell me if you make more than what GameStop offered. Some of you all need a reality check. Anyway, every time I go in here the staff is super friendly and helpful and always makes small talk with me about certain games I like or am buying or trading in. They also have always apologized if there happens to be a long wait. And yes, sometimes this does happen cause if someone comes in trading in 25 games they have to check 'em all out and scan them in, etc, etc. The ONLY reason I'm taking off one star is because of their Cricket service. My mother is elderly and can't do a lot of things on her own. My family had purchased her a Cricket phone from Gamestop and we were told we could go in there and pay the bill whenever it came up. Okay, sounds good. So, one day I was in charge of making the payment for my mother. I went in there and out of THREE employees not one of them knew how to accept a cell phone payment... for a phone they sell.... almost exclusively in the area... that was purchased there... really? THREE employees? Not one of them knew how? Just a bit of advice but if you can't offer the services you advertise (AND SELL) then you just shouldn't do it all together. Stick to video games.

The owner is a pretty nice guy, offers cash / credit for trades that are decently reasonable. He doesn't seem to clean or test any of the inventory, but had a scenario where a game was defective and he let me swap it for something else. One thing of note is it's only open on weekends for a handful of hours, so just plan ahead if you want to check it out. Also make sure you have cash, as they don't accept card payments. Some decent prices on most games are generally around PriceCharting (owner always doublechecks on that if he didn't mark it up yet, but will give better prices than what's on there so that's great). Worth checking out if you're in the area!

The reviews mentioning the rude staff appear to be true, based on my experience…read more I called about asking for a console cleaning and trouble shoot for a console not receiving power, likely a very simple fix. They wouldn't accept the job since the console had been opened in the past citing 'liability' concerns. The receptionist was rude and condescending during the encounter. This was a trial run as I planned on giving them a lot of console work in the future but I will be going elsewhere. I called another repair shop shortly after and they said they would take the job no problem and were able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone (a solution consistent with that I explained over the phone). Perhaps Replay'd should adjust their policies and their attitude towards potential customers as they never know what opportunities may be lying on the other line.
