I scored a great necklace for $15 in December that was normally priced at 54. I'd never pay full price here for anything. The sales are very frequent and often include everything in the store. Service can be somewhat rude. I agree with other Yelpers that the sales staff here could benefit from some training in professionalism. Check out the Wrentham Outlet location for better prices. The sales there are truly incredible.

Also for sneakers there's always deals to be had the latest for me was 40% off tag price. Scored some Lebron witness 7s for $36. That's a steal, super comfy. The staff took care of everyone in line during checkout even tho it was passed the closing time. There was a return we had to from a bday gift for a family member which we lost the actual receipt for and didn't scan our snkrs / nike + app on purchase. We got credit on a GC and used that toward a pair of sneakers for little sis' bday! Manager is cool, didn't get his name but he always there when we are. Bless and glad nike factory close by!

Bathrooms are to the back right of the store all the way in the back by the kids toys section. The clothing is organized by sizing racks and by type. I.e. tee shirt aisles, dress shirt aisle, suits / sport coats, shorts, jeans, athletic wear. They also have furniture, home goods, some luggage, crafts, and toys / bags/ backpacks, some beauty care and the cheap end cap charging packs cables phone cases and random tid bits and snacks.

I worked closely with Paul and Mary who helped me with my initial fitting and measurements. They were very friendly, personable and extremely professional. I opted for the 4 weeks expedited option (an extra $100 to have it in 4 weeks instead of 6 weeks) as I had a tight deadline for upcoming interviews. Although the suit arrived in 4.5 weeks, they both were very responsive via email and had discussed with their tailor to arrange for immediate adjustments if it needed that. However, the suit fit perfectly and didn't need any adjustments! They were both genuinely excited for my upcoming interviews with my new suit. Thank you guys!!

The sales section is large, a whole back room, but no matter what day I come, it appears picked over and anemic. The sizes tend to be heavy on the XL and the XS, with not much variety in the middle. The staff are distant, but generally non-offensive. My boyfriend, however, experienced a unreasonably poor service moment last Saturday. A sales woman told him that J Crew was having a "private sale" event that would guarantee him 75% off summer suits, if he opened a J Crew credit card. Boyfriend, not needing a suit but enticed by such a fantastic deal, tried on, and subsequently fell in love with a linen, navy suit. He confirmed with the sales lady again that it would be 75% off. When said boyfriend attempted to purchase the suit - he was rudely rebuffed by the cashier/manager. Boyfriend explained that he confirmed the deal with the the sales woman, but cashier behaved as though my boyfriend was trying to pull a fast one. He did not call over the cashier, and he scolded my boyfriend for believing such a sale would ever exist. Needless to say, no suit was purchased. Pro tip: generally credit card offer deals gain you about 30% off purchase, so if offered more, ask to speak to a manager before you become emotionally connected to the garment in question. Fluky Saturday aside, this store generally is pretty good. J Crew seems to be having a ton more sales recently, ever since their stock listing price plummeted, and their clothes have gotten a lot more adventurous and bohemian in recent months. This store is generally more peaceful and quiet then some of their more urban situated stores.
