The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about inventory and sizing. The fitting room features a futuristic touchscreen menu that allows you to shop while you try items on! Best of all, I was able to use my member credits in-store. I wouldn't expect anything less than greatness from our Queen Rihanna's brand. My experience was better than expected and I will definitely be back.

Located in middle of the mall over by the elevator and the info desk. Everybody in there on opening day was super sweet, helpful, and are working out the daily operations. Fitting rooms, open floor plan, feels spacious. Didn't really go into either of the stores that occupied the space prior, but I'm sure we'll be here often. The lady celebrated its store opening by grabbing a full outfit in a color she's been eyeing for a while now that's back this season! We'll hope for good things to come, in-store promos and more goods to come. Lululemon has FINALLY arrived in SSP! I was here today…read more(11/15) for their grand opening. I've been waiting for a Lululemon to come to Braintree for so long, it's not even remotely funny. They are a pop up location inside the South Shore Plaza, where Chico's once was, & are here for a year (hopefully here to stay tbh, that'd be great). The staff was super sweet & very helpful with finding things in the store. Loved the layout & how they organized everything. In honor of this opening. I bought an espresso matching set, cropped define jacket with align 7/8 leggings ;)) Overall, very happy that there's a Lululemon closer by now. Had a pleasant, positive experience here today, so will for sure be back.

When I first entered the store, I said hello to the first girl. No response. Not even a smile. My daughter showed the other girl a pic of a dress on her phone and asked if they had any in stock. Exact words, "if we do, it's on that wall." pointing toward the back. Next, when I found a similar dress, we needed help getting it because it was high on the wall. She immediately came over and demanded I not pull on the dress because I was going to tangle them. I am in my 50s and never been spoken to like this from a young girl. I was barely holding it out...just enough so she could see the size we wanted. I responded by saying Yes M'am! and proceeded to tell her she needed to work on her customer service skills. We left after that. Windsor, be careful who you hire. No one wants to deal with sourpuss attitudes.

Clothes are seperated into guys and girls to each side, as per usual. The selection here varied immensely. I was able to find several different pieces for different occasions to try on. The shoe department is located toward the back of the store, complete with couches and decorations. It's a shame there's no age restriction in the store. . . I dodged young teens running around looking for the most scandelous tank top they could find to wear to a middle school dance and get away with it :-P The clearance rack, for once, was stocked with useful items! Surprisingly, sun dresses adorned the sale racks. . . in the summertime! Usually I'm flipping through sweaters while the sun is sweltering hot outside. The highlight of this trip was my dressing room experience. I was escorted to a room by. . . I wanna say Erin, but I'm not entirely positive on that one. The associate was extremely friendly and sociable, asked for my name and showed me the service button in case another size was needed or even just an opinion. Was almost like I had a hired "best friend" to let me know her true opinion on what I was considering buying. She was not pushy at all and was genuinely helpful in her job. She spent plenty of time helping me pick out what jeans fit me best. Kristin brought me several pairs and asked me many questions to figure out what I was looking for. After not being sure if a pair I found would fit, she used her own phone to book me a fitting appointment and proceeded to open up a fitting room for me. I ended up buying the exact jeans she recommended and brought to me. Kristin is so friendly and knows American Eagle clothes really well. Shout out to Kristin for her great customer service! She did a great job working the floor and helping out all the customers while giving each of us quality attention.

I mostly come here to check out new shoe inventory, usually HOKA, Brooks, and OnClouds that they have at discounted prices. Not just here but many places. times can be tough. Usually i like to pop in for some plain tees from time to time and some sweaters or joggers. But i noticed after the first wash they usually shrink on me a good amount even following the laundry care instructions. The pants watch what you're buying, a lot of the pants don't have zippers but rather buttons (big no thanks for me). The sizing is a bit on the snugger size so i would size up if you're a larger person. I have a handful of tees that after a few washes developed tears or holes. So for me, I've stopped shopping here in general, but their hoodies have held up pretty well.

They have a lot of good deals going on there all the time such as buy one item get the second one half off and sometimes they even have 30 percent off one item. The salesladies here are always so nice and willing to help. The service is always marvelous. This location is a good sized one and there are lots of really cool displays in the window and on the sales floor. Last time I was in there I got a couple of really nice kimonos and I got the second one for half off of the already pretty low price. They have lots of nice accessories in addition to all of the clothing and I have even bought beauty products here before. I will definitely keep coming back.
