Not sure how the Service was only to say that the only person was two cashiers and pleasant ! It was like walking in a full stocked store with no other customers! But, they did not have what I needed so I left and took a few photos of the store which was presentable and organized! If on a budget and need some back to school or general clothing it'll do it's job, but now a days the prices of everything has gone up and the quality seems to have been left in the past. Not just here but many places. times can be tough. Usually i like to pop in for some plain tees from time to time and some sweaters or joggers. But i noticed after the first wash they usually shrink on me a good amount even following the laundry care instructions. The pants watch what you're buying, a lot of the pants don't have zippers but rather buttons (big no thanks for me). The sizing is a bit on the snugger size so i would size up if you're a larger person. I have a handful of tees that after a few washes developed tears or holes. So for me, I've stopped shopping here in general, but their hoodies have held up pretty well. read more

I love Primark. Quality clothes at a fair price. This last time, we got to the mall and realized the store opens at 11am, not 10. So we waited a bit and got in when the gates opened up. It's great because there's not that many people there, so it's easy to wander and to find things. Also, the checkout line was a breeze, only 2 people in front of me. I was looking for some polo shirts and sweaters and some of the things I wanted, they did not have, but I found other stuff that got me happy. Polo shirts for about $5 and sweaters for about $12-17. What a deal. Their home section is small, so it's mostly clothing. read more

Worst thing about this place are the lines to actually pay...! That's more a testament to this brand's popularity since the same issue happens in the gigantic Downtown Boston location. Each time I've shopped here it's taken me a minimum of 10 minutes waiting in their snaking queue and worst almost 30 minutes near the end of store close. I can't resist finding cheap basics (i.e. sweaters, cardigans $8 a piece) then buying all the other colors since it's not a huge cost investment. The other day when I visited I also found pairs of low heel ankle boots for $19 so naturally I had to purchase those with my wandering eye from the cash wrap. I haven't had to return any purchases yet, so I can't speak to the customer service on that end. The entrance from the outside is also not very obvious until you get inside the mall. The sign is right next to the Sears, however if you enter on the first level you will need to take the escalator/elevator to the 2nd floor to the entrance. Good luck finding parking in the garage directly attached during the holiday season. read more

We absolutely love Primark, we have been to multiple and have had no issues. The clothes are nice and are a great price. I will say that the shopping carts need to be bigger!! My kids love it here and they are 13/15. The quality of their stuff is really good as well. The customer service here was pretty great, Patrick Rang us up and at first he seemed cold but it was not true, my family chatted with him as we got our stuff rung up and had a great time. read more

I am an absolute fan of Primark. I originally know this store from the location in London which I went to religiously! Now living in Boston it's nice to see it in America as well. This is a much smaller location than the ones I've been to, but seems to be very busy and have a lot of staff working at all times. There was quite a bit of stuff on the floor which is to be expected when it's as busy as it is. The checkout line moves fast and are efficient. Word of warning while the prices are low some clothing reflects that by getting holes or not washing as well. Also you will pick up a ton of stuff but all those little prices add up quickly !!! Will definitely be coming back has some great work clothing items and lounging items that are affordable! read more

Love everything except the bag policy. Primark has really affordable prices which makes it hard to resist buying everything. I also love the Harry Potter and FRIENDS merchandise, which you can't really get anywhere else. One problem, and I cannot stress this enough, is to BRING YOUR OWN BAG. I had a BADDDD experience with this that I would not want anyone else to go through. Primark has really flimsy paper bags and they stuff as much as they can into one bag. My bag split after I left so I walked back, holding my stuff in as best as I could, and asked if they could double bag it. They straight up said no. A customer walks in, struggling because their bag was overstuffed, and they literally don't care. I get that they have bag policies but I think this situation called for an exception... Imagine if Trader Joe's didn't double bag their recyclable bags, you come back in with smashed eggs, they just say whatever. So yeah, bring your own bag. read more

Not quite as huge as the location in Boston (I am very spoiled by that location) but it's still really nice here. They have everything from clothing to beauty products to shoes to items for the home. I was in there last week and bought a couple of tops, a cosmetics bag and two packages of cotton rounds to use for my skin. The ladies who take care of the fitting room are awesome. The store is organized really great and the prices here are very reasonable. I only paid about thirty dollars for the three items I had. read more

So, the customer service leaves MUCH to be desired here. I bought some things last weekend and I couldn't try them on. I specifically asked the person ringing me out if I could return them if they end up not fitting or if I don't need them. He was very nice and said yes. A week later- I go to return 3 of the items and the guy ringing me out was obnoxious. He asked at each of the 3 items "You're returning THIS?" with a look of confusion and disgust on his face... and proceeded to get a manager who then just gruffly confirmed that YES I'm allowed to return it. It was just a waste of time and super awkward. Not to mention he was annoyed that I had a return and not a purchase when I first got to the counter. It's also mass chaos in this place at all times. I'll come here again in the future only when absolutely necessary for basics like cheap flip flops, sun glasses and tank tops.... but that's it. Also- all of their merchandise is cheap and not built to last. You get what you pay for. read more

Never spend your money here, worse customer service ever! We all know the policy of returns or exchanges but if you have received it as a gift and in the wrong size and no gift receipt or whatnot was presented wrapped, then let the customer exchange to the correct size. No, the Supervisor, a lady, was stating the obvious...and was being obnoxious. Primark pays and trains these tools! Better re-evaluate the mission statement! Most returns or exchanges are provided with a license or ID, none was offered. read more

Word of advice: check your receipt. I went there exactly 6 days ago on August 25th made a purchase, somehow the barcode on one of my items was scanned incorrectly. Since it didn't fit me I tried to return it and it wasn't on the receipt at all even though I paid for an item that had the same price. I just threw a brand new skirt out on the trash, which isn't that big of a deal for me because I can afford to not have $14 back, but since this is a store that is visited by mainly high school students I understand that not everybody can afford to do the same. So check your receipt before you leave the store and make sure the barcode on the receipt matches the barcode on your item. Unlike every other store they don't do returns without a receipt using your ID so if your receipt is incorrect then you're out of luck. read more

This is the worst Primark location. The men's department has nothing compared to the Boston in Burlington stores. Help isn't good here and the staff all seem like they are 14 year olds. Pretty cool store that has a variety of everything. It sort of reminds me of a discount European H&M. The prices are reasonable. According to their website the franchise is based in Ireland. They also have cool accessories, beauty/makeup, range of room deco, luggage, under garments, women's, men and kids. The checkout is in the back and when I went it was not so busy. Nice experience and good value. Hope they open some of these in California. read more

Guy at the checkout was very nice, but it probably took about 15 minutes to find a price on an item that wasn't labeled. So I just stood there.. and stood there... and stood there. With the exception of one girl, the fitting room staff was very rude to me when I wanted to exchange my clothes from my basket since you can only bring a certain number in (dumb rule if you ask me, very hard to keep track of what you have and I buy things to go together and get different sizes of things) everything fits 3 sizes too small so keep in mind buy things much bigger than you would elsewhere as far as clothing is concerned. I was very excited to check this place out but ended up being very disappointed. I'd rather just shop at kohls and spend a few more dollars, it's worth it. read more

My experience with this store was awful. This was the first and last time I will ever shop here. The cashier name Taina was annoyed helping me, mocking me and was disrespectful when I couldn't hear her clearly. What's just happened? She was disrespectful and racist, her customer, because I did not speak English very fluently, because I was purchasing discounted items. Sorry, I was irritated and speaking louder to her. But I was very frustrated and the language barrier didn't make it any better. She continued mocking me. It made me very embarrassed and everybody started to stare at me. I have never witness such belittling customer services until today. I would like to thank Taina because her bad attitude had encouraged me to take my English class more seriously and if I ever manage my own company I will make sure my employee treat each and every customer with dignity and respect they deserve, no matter they buy something for $100 or $1. read more
