My mother-in-law had a Pandora bracelet when her husband passed away. She asked for additional…read moreCharms. We got her four additional charms that she loved. She also had a completely full of charms at that point but the clamp on it kept opening not just for her on mine, and many people that I know. I asked Pandora if there's anything and they said no that that's weird. That doesn't happen, but I can tell you good amount of people that have Pandora braces that this happens. For my mother in law the clamp opening while she was going walking to church and she lost the whole thing. she was devastated. Some of those. Her husband had given her .Pandora has a new additional thing you can buy for another $55. So if the Pandora bracelet clamp that's open it doesn't fall off. I think this is a rip off because if you're not fixing the issue and just adding a Band-Aid it should've been recalled and fixed and not have to pay more money just for something that I already bought, because it's broken. That does not work correctly. I went out and bought my mother-in law another bracelet, with the four charms that we originally gave her an the $55 addition so it doesn't fall when the clamp does not work. It was $412.00. She had to buy a butterfly that was given to her to represent her husband. That was another $95. I just don't agree that I had to pay this all over again because Pandora doesn't know how to correct the problems..

I was greeted as I was walking in, and I asked for a Boston specific charm. I used to work for Pandora in Chicago, so I'm aware that there's city specific charms. The first associate that helped me said she didn't know it's a thing, and the other associate said they do have two options for me. So the first girl showed me a dangle that's $60 and it says Boston Strong on it. The second option would be the engraving machine, it'd be a round charm with sparkles around the corners of it and in plain silver it'll write out Boston and you can add a symbol on it like the clover for the Celtics. I have too many of those round charms and figured I could use a dangle. I also like that they take the Pandora gift card. I ended up getting it too because I have a friend who survived that tragedy and was hurt in that marathon about 10 years ago. It's also a charm that I can only find in Boston. Other than that hiccup, I had a great experience, and at check out they started complimenting my rings and Apple Watch band. They also had an issue with finding my record in the system even though I'm registered in Chicago. The system said I existed but couldn't locate a record. I'd recommend this store to anyone in the area, bare with them as the product knowledge may not fully be there and there might be slight issues with finding you in the system but they'll find a solution for you.

She helped me on a last-minute project when I realized I had no clothes that were suitable for a video shoot. Not only did Helena come to my closet and showed me how to restyle my wardrobe in new ways--she also took me shopping afterward when we agreed that we didn't have the perfect outfit. I was really impressed that she had a contingency plan. She knew exactly where to go and what to look for. The result was several outfits that not only suited my personality but that also helped me elevate my brand to a higher level of credibility and professionalism. Also, during the day of the shoot, she was checking in with me and helping me make style decisions on the fly--should I put my hair up or down, which shoes are best, etc. I was above impressed.
