I found a pair of shoes that were already on sale for a great price. When I got to the checkout counter, I had the good fortune of interacting with a truly lovely saleswoman. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name. She greeted us with a genuinely warm smile, and was even nice enough to ask me if I was a student, which got me another 15% off the already discounted price! This level of customer service is what has brought me back to this location when I want something new from Madewell. Five stars.
