He can be a tough fit for any and all clothing because at 6'3" tall with a size 13 wide foot, things can be limited in stock. As it is, he has all his dress shirts made for him and he has had suits custom made to ensure an impeccable and comfortable fit. Lucky for him, the particular sneakers he was looking for were not only in stock here in his size but at a lower (factory outlet) price. The customer service was impeccable. A salesman named Hector assisted him and brought out not only the shoe he was looking for but a couple of other examples for Tom to try on and consider. For essentially what is an outlet store, this level of service seemed above and beyond and was greatly appreciated. The store also sells, lots of other New Balance sportswear for both men and women....leggings, sweats, jackets, gym wear, socks and even hats and gloves all under the New Balance label. As this is a "factory store" with lower prices, you cannot always count on finding the exact thing you are looking for and in your size. That said, there seemed to be a huge array of inventory of all kinds. There are some things sold here that are "factory" seconds but those are clearly marked. If not marked as such you can be assured they are first quality. New Balance is a local Massachusetts company so it is nice to give them our business. Many, although not all, New Balance shoes are manufactured in the United States and they employ many New Englanders amongst their 5 manufacturing sites in Massachusetts and Maine. This is a good new story from a good news company trying to do the right thing here in the USA. This store is a bit out of the way for us but I would definitely return. There is another outlet a bit closer to us in Brighton but for us, that means traipsing in and through the city and ending up in a potential parking nightmare. Here, there is plenty of easy and free parking and the store and its layout are large and easy to navigate.

There were also lots of racks that had signs advertising 40% off so I would definitely say you could easily find some good deals here. There was another customer in the store who was telling my friend and me that she buys from there a lot and the clothes are long-lasting which tells me that the stuff here is of good quality. They had some accessories as well such as jewelry. I had already spent a bit more than I had planned to at another store in the mall so I actually didn't end up buying anything here but it was very fun to look around and I did see a few tops that I liked. Clothes aren't nice enough to give snooty boutique treatment…read more I brought my 14 year old daughter into this empty establishment full of cubicle clothes, in hopes of being fitted for her 8th grade semi-formal. She prefers to dress like a male, and clearly this bothered the staff there, as they chose to appear too busy folding clothes to make the store any money. The older woman with the accent asked if she could help us, and I said "we're looking for slacks, a shirt and vest for my daughter for her prom". She asked what size slacks, I responded 28", and she informed me that they start at size 30". I followed up with, "what about a shirt and vest?", she replied "for who?, I said "for me", she said, "what size are you?", and I repeated to her that we were there to shop my daughter, who was standing next to me feeling awkward enough as is. The sad thing is, we were at the Boston Pride parade the day before, and my daughter felt so good about herself, then the following day, this clothes folder takes it upon herself to make the conversation as difficult as possible to not assist my child. After we looked through the call-center-special clothes for another minute or so, we realize that we were definitely in the wrong place for what we were in search of. A man with a measuring tape comes out from the back, speaks to the woman that couldn't assist us, then asks what he can help us with. I told HIM, "I'm looking to have my daughter dressed for the prom" he responds with a laugh, "they still have those?".. good one, Don Wrinkles.. I went to the store because for some reason I thought "Jos A" was Joseph Abboud, who is a classy man that goes to the same gym as me. I asked the comedian with the frumpy clothes if Joseph Abboud owned the store and he said they didn't, so we left, as we were clearly in the wrong place. We went to Macy's across the street, found my daughter a nice black Calvin Klein suit and she is ready for her semi! I will never return to Jos A Bank again, and am tempted to go beyond this post in spreading the word of how they judged/treated my child.

I was extremely happy when I first spotted MANGO at Natick Mall in the summer & now feeling blessed to have MANGO at Legacy. They offer timeless styles of clothing here. Each corner has a different theme/color, so you can find what you're looking for pretty easily.
